Overall satisfied
Overall, it was a straightforward experience. They did go a bit overboard inspecting a close to 20 year old car and pointed out every little issue. Then their lowball offer was about one fifth of what I could get by parting the vehicle out. I just wanted the vehicle gone so we did the deal. It was a great running vehicle.

We had an appointment time and we were taken even earlier. The Branch Manager Haneef Thompson was friendly, helpful and accommodating. He was extremely knowledgeable about his job.
