Pleasant and Honest

Alicia, who I worked with, from the moment I walked in was warm and welcoming. She took care to look over my car, explain to me in detail the process, and negotiated a fair price with her team and myself that I was comfortable with. I highly recommend We Buy Any Car and this branch specifically. This is the second car I've sold here and it is always fast and no hassle.

Most people are quick to complain and very few to compliment. In an environment of entitlement and being paid to ignore your customers/clients be consumed with your phone and project a don't bother me attitude. To have an exemplary person in Alicia Gonzalez transact our sale was a pleasure. My credentials are extensive from being President of my own corporation, Multi unit supervisor and so on I would pray for an individual like Alicia to be part of my staff. I truly hope her management staff realizes what they have in her.

Overall, it was a straightforward experience. They did go a bit overboard inspecting a close to 20 year old car and pointed out every little issue. Then their lowball offer was about one fifth of what I could get by parting the vehicle out. I just wanted the vehicle gone so we did the deal. It was a great running vehicle.

I was treated fairly and respectfully by Alicia and the process of selling my car was easy and time efficient. She explained everything and made sure I understood it all. I will tell all of my friends to talk to Alicia before selling their cars to anyone else.
