On time, efficient and courteous

The customer service employee was very helpful, he explained everything step by step and he was a nice friendly person.

I was assisted by Ms. Alicia Gonzales. I appreciated the fact that Ms. Gonzales was patient in waiting for me to arrive. Ms. Gonzales was also very courteous.
Mr. Thompson did inform me the day that the vehicle was sold. He thanked me for choosing this company.

However, what I did not like was the amount that I received after getting an estimate that was nearly $1,000 more. My estimate was $1,445, which was about twice the estimate that I got from another company. However, at the end of the day, I only received $500 for my vehicle. So, that was quite discouraging, but everything was explained to me. So, it is what it is. I think this whole business of selling vehicles back to companies can be tricky. I would recommend people to choose companies like this with caution. I do understand that everyone's experience is different though.

Professional assessment of the value of the car. Starting from prestige condition to final offer was very thorough and transparent, while still leaving room for the car owner to dispute, provide more color during the final stage of negotiated value. Also, my representative made the entire process enjoyable.

I went to the NE Philly location to sell a late model Matrix. I met with Haneef Thompson who was great. He was professional, yet friendly. Like talking with a friend more than a salesman. He was up front, honest, did not pressure at all and gave a fair number for the vehicle. I walked out with a check in hand in less than an hour, start to finish. If you live in the general area and are looking to sell a car pretty hassle free, I would recommend checking them out.
