Not long ago I started using this registrar for my domain names, and so far I loved it, they have a nice customer support and they are like other respectful registrars who let you feel at home without bothering you, basically you open your account you do whatever you want, and when you need help they are there to help, that's it. I didn't get asked to write this review but I am writing it because sometimes I just feel that some companies deserve some time to write a positive feedback for the work they do.

Z.com is a scam company. Initially, they come across as legitimate but they are NOT.

This company charged me twice to for the same domain name. Weeks after informing them of this, they still REFUSE to refund my money.

They basically STOLE money from me.

Their customer supports will PRETEND to assist you but what they actually do is try to manipulate you with meaningless placations.

Customer service DON'T help. They will not help you. They are just there to make you think this is a legitimate company.

But a scam company with customer support is still a SCAM company. Avoid them.

Also, this company will charge you money and still NOT register your domain name immediately. In other words, you could LOSE a domain name because of Z.com.

Overall, it's a HORRIBLE company that should be AVOIDED!

I like their, Customer Service, they may not answer it as fast as you expected it but this may vary to person to person and circumstances. For me, their response is 9/10 and they solve the issue also without too much hassle
