Worst domain registerer at all time, as each time I need to change my nameservers I have to get to support first to request the change, otherwise I receive "An issue was encountered while updating the domain nameservers. Please contact support."

I have a domain with Z.com and I can no longer access my account, the 'forgot password' feature does not seem to work and I am not getting any responses to e-mails or from their contact form on their site. Luckily the domain is not a very important one as all I wanted to do was change the nameservers, alas it is very unfortunate that any company feels the need to run their business with no support whatsoever.
This webhosting company has a decent price for fast loading web hosting server, though often times I ran into issue like "out of memory" on WordPress.
Anyway, the thing I would like to complain about this company is. Their supports are very slow and poor on handling customer. Though the technician has completed the request, the support takes 5 days to response the ticket.
And for no reason my country was changed to Pakistan. Either the mentality of these workers are not healthy, or they just like to mess up with you behind the stage.
I find these guys running business with shady behavior. I will leave.
