Well, honestly speaking, they were able to solve the problem seamlessly, so it has been a great experience so far.

The agent is very prompt in responding to queries resulting to an almost immediate resolutions to the reported issues.

The customer service is very responsive, this is the core experience we have, and other services such emails and web hosting is also great.

My experience is great with this company - prices are great, process is simple and interface is manageable.

My only caveat is - I would love it if the interface was more user friendly as I found it a tad difficult in the beginning to move around to find what I want.

I alway use this hosting ever since , i believe it was 2016 that i started using this hosting for all my clients and still doing the best hosting and support.. and Ban was supported me both facebook and platform they are easy to contact. thanks

I have a domain name with z.com. It has been with them for well over 60 days and should be free to transfer out. I unlocked the (parked) domain and sent the auth code to my new provider and paid my fee. All should have been fine, but z.com tells me the transfer failed for one of numerous reaons without stating which one it was. There was NO reason to deny the transfer out. I will never do business with this awful company again.

Update: My transfer went ahead ... eventually. I had to remove 'privacy' as the authorisation for the transfer was not forwarded to me for approval until I did. I do not have this problem with other web hosts.
