Harry Thompson really came through for us and providedexcellentcustomer service! He found a great fit for our vehicle transit needs and was able to get the job complete. In the end it ended up going fast and smooth and working out brilliantly. Thanks to Harry and Wave Logistics for getting our vehicle from Colorado to Arizona safely!

Agent Sean was nice and answered all my questions. First time ever shipping a car. He indicated there would be vehicle tracking to monitor its progress which was very important to me. (We did not get this)I asked all the questions prior to booking with them: can we set a particular day and time frame window for pickup as my dad would be on one end and me on the other. I mentioned we would not leave keys in car for pickup and wanted to assure this company would offer personalized pickup/drop-off as well as a schedule 4 hour window. The following day after making a deposit, the agent called me up to say they needed more money as a deposit because they may have a backup driver collect the car, but he needed additional insurance. I refused as this was outside the contact terms. Whilst the total amount remained the same, I do not understand why more money was needed up front and how this was my problem. The driver texted my father twice and said he would be there before noon. At 2:30 I get my dad calling me up irate and pissed off that the driver now says he will be there at 3:30. My dad refused to wait. When he said to the driver you can come at 9:30PM, driver canceled. Sean was able to get a new driver the following morning and vehicle was delivered safely to us. In the end that is all that matters.... however wouldn't it be nice if contractors/truckers say they will be there at x time and show up at x time? Wouldn't it be nice not to have a dad call up on a rant about contractors inability to maintain a promised schedule and wouldn't it be nice for me not to have to take additional time to have vehicle rescheduled for pickup when I am at work. The agent was nice and tried his best, but for some reason there are factors perhaps outside his control that leaves me to give 2 stars. I would use another company if I had to do this again. It takes all hands on deck to have a superior customer service experience and for us, it was challenging.

Harry from Wavex Logistics was amazing, he broke his butt to book my vehicle, the truck drivers and dispatchers he was dealing with were difficult, but Harry assured me my vehicle would get there safe, He always keeps in contact and answers the phone and your questions.

Talk about service. I moved from New Jersey to Texas. Car arrived in the exact condition it was shipped in. The drivers were kind and very friendly and on top of communicating with me. All made possible by a wonderful rep named Janet. Janet was there for me from beginning to end including after I got my car delivered to make sure everything went smoothly. 5 star! If I ever need to move my car again in the future, I know who I’m calling. THANKS AGAIN JANET!

I was shopping around for companies to ship my car. I was super skeptical and leary because your putting your trust in some company that you dont even know if its legit! But janet Miller the lady that I worked with made me feel comfortable every step of the way. She took care of everything upon after contracting them. I came with a budget on the first vehicle that I had shipped and we were kinda off on the numbers and she tirelessly looked and looked until we found someone that was close to my budget! She responded to allll of the million questions that I had during her work hours. She texted me and kept me in the loop about everything. She did so well I even went back to janet Miller for my second vehicle. I had a strict budget in mind that I wanted to work and told her what I wanted to spend and she got it within a few dollars. The pricing is very competitive also. TRUST ME I've looked around n around . Im buying another vehicle to soon. The first person im going to is janet!!! My experience with this logistics company has been a really positive easy experience !! Thank you Janet!!!!

Harry Thompson was very attentive, texting and calling me daily with updates. We received our car in under 3 days from California to Indiana.

I should have looked at the reviews before I put my deposit down. I also dealt with Catherine, who apparently is a liar. My car was supposed to be picked up. It was never picked up and now I am waiting for my refund. This has been a big inconvenience. Everything was stored in my vehicle to be transported and now I have to take everything out and try to get everything scheduled to fly out in the morning. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and if they do not return my money, I will be filing a claim and small claims court do not use this company. It is a scam.

This is a scam company. They will take a deposit upfront before pickup which is not the usual and customary process I now know. Then they will fail to pickup the car repeatedly, make excuses and then try to inflate the price. When you try to cancel they will play more games and ultimately refuse. Dealt with “Catherine” if that’s her real name. Stay far far away from them.

WAVEX Logistics was suppose to pick up and deliver an RV for me. They did not provide the service due to some illegal action their driver had committed. I was promised by John that my Vehicle would be picked up that day at the same price the contract was sign for. I had already paid them 315 dollars and expected to pay the driver the rest when he got here. Then get a message from John that the price had gone up by 2,200 to get the vehicle delivered. When I reminded him of the promise he made he denied it. Fortunately, I have some of the promise on the text messages we exchanged.
Attempt to get my deposit back, at first, told he had handed over to the accounting department, then I was just ignored, till I text John this will do their case more harm, then good.
All I have gotten from them is delays, excuses, but no refund. Visited their site and looked at their reviews, by the way the do not place low stars, but one reviewer gave the a 4 star, but wrote how they scammed him out of the money and never delivered his vehicle either.
