Sean really helped me when everyone else was giving me the run around.
Finally got my daughter’s car from NY to Miami for College and Sean never left me even when I was frustrated. Thanks so much!

I was very nervous using a shipping service, as this was a new experience for me. This resulted in multiple questions and concerns that I had for my service agent, Sean. At one point I decided not to use Wavex. Sean addressed my concerns helping me to feel comfortable with proceeding with Wavex. He and the company followed through with their commitment and my load (an RV) reached the destination as promised. Thank you, Sean.

Sean was great and very professional. He moved my motorcycle across the country in very quickly on a short notice. My motorcycle was in perfect condition when it arrived and he even help pull it up into the garage which was a big help.

Outstanding customer service! Sean was great communicating with me during the entire process! Before, during, and after. My original transport truck had mechanical issues hours before pickup. The repair would take 3-4 days. Sean went into immediate action looking for a new transport company to handle 2 of my vehicles for a cross country transport. In a short time, he located a new driver that picked up both vehicles the next day. That crew was also Outstanding! Great communication. Highly recommend Sean and Wavex!

Harry smith was great. His response time what always timely and answered any questions that came up. He coordinated the entire move of my vehicle with the trucking companies and when one of the drivers canceled he waived the booking fee for the second truck. I highly recommend this company and hopefully u have an experience as easy and great as mine

I'm just a driver. I got a chance to assist with hauling a boat for the company. Great communication skills. Obviously very good at haggling prices even when its the drivers going out and making contact with customers with no details. Still making it work.

Alex was very helpful in scheduling a transport of our vehicle quickly. It was scheduled on a Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday. Alex kept us informed and assured us of the process. He kept the delivery fee within our budget.

Did my car get to the destination - yes. Was it a nightmare process - yes. The original quote was for $1,200, but after three days, the driver never showed up. Then I was told another driver could pick it up the next day for $1,800, and the company would take care $400 for the trouble. Well, that driver came a day late, and when my car finally got to Arizona, the driver demanded $1,500, and my $200 down payment turned into an "insurance fee."

I had a really bad experience before this and was scammed out of almost $500 while trying to ship my car. Thankfully, I found Paul afterward, and he completely changed my experience.

Paul was genuine, professional, honest, and kept his word throughout the process. He helped me get my car shipped without the stress and uncertainty I had experienced before. I really appreciate his help and the way he handled everything.

I had a car shipped from Idaho to Maryland and it the whole experience was seamless. Peter James helped coordinate and we were able to see real time updates about where the car was and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. Would definitely use again

Peter is outstanding. From the first call to the day the car was delivered across country to my daughter, Peter kept me apprised of where the car was and when it arrived. And then called to say it got there. My daughter said the driver was so kind, as well. A ten-star experience.

Had been transferred for work and needed RV hauled. Not only was the service excellent the time frame was so fast that I had them move my vehicle as well as it sat for a week on a list out in space some where. Car was picked up in less than 24 hours after changing carriers. Can't thank them enough.
