Five star service from the team. Only recently signed up and have so far found the team very helpful. Very happy and would recommend.

I decided to switch to Wavestreaming in order to consolidate my SHOUTcast server with the other services I have on Wavestreaming. I noticed that my stream was being disconnected several times and sent a high priority support request.

It took nearly 24 hours for them to respond back telling me that they had assigned my SHOUTcast server a system port they use internally and that they would change it to another port, but I needed to give them the ok.

I understand that mistakes can be made, but not only did the response from Wavestreaming not include an apology for their mistake, but when I asked specifically about their support hours and why it takes so long to get a response for a high priority ticket, they simply addressed that they have people who monitor if there is a server outage and automation will reboot a server in the event of a problem.

I am a little surprised that they don't have normal support hours for their clients in the U.S. as well. I guess I expect too much for a company that I am trusting for my radio station.

The effeciency of your service is uperlative thanks..

I didn't know the first thing about streaming my station online! And in about 20 minutes of reading, and viewing tutorials I was assigning servers, and seeing how many people are listening to my station like a pro! Wavestreaming is the way to go, wether you are starting your station, or have been around the block!

We've been hosted with Wavestreaming for over 2 years now and before then we hosted our own service. It became very expensive and after a massive hardware failure we ended up looking for a different solution. Wavestreaming does all of this for you and it means we no longer have to worry! We can now concentrate on bringing in the money and entertaining our listeners. The guys on the service desk are really helpful and always answer within a few hours. I'm also very happy with the Cloud DJ System, it's easy to use, has good features & isn't too expensive! I would recommend Wavestreaming to anyone looking to start a radio station! Thanks guys!

My radio station has been with these guys since 2011, and we've received decent customer support, but with some varied, and unannounced, down-time. We now have to move on because we've found a far cheaper host and, as a donation run station, we need to make all the savings we can.

I have been dealing with customer service representatives for a long time in one capacity or another. I have never received this kind of five star response from any service provider that I can ever remember. They have extreme patience in order to deal with me I'm certain and I fully appreciate the help that I have received.
The response time is five star and the expertise is also five star.
