We've been with Wavestreaming for three years now. We had (and continue to have) a huge learning curve with all the ins & outs of internet radio broadcasting, and they are always ready to help with any problems or questions, and are very responsive. Love the dashboard showing exactly where our listeners are :). The uptime is excellent; our station is always up and running!

I have been working with the guys at Wavestreaming for just about 5 years. They are one of the best streaming hosting companies you could find....and at a reasonable cost. I use their service that feeds one of our stations transmitter. If you have a question, problem the guys at webstreaming are the best...they get back to you in minutes...I would recommend Wavestreaming to anyone who is looking to Stream. Hi My Name is DJ Indie and I have and online internet Radio Station running for 2 years, On a Network called Live365 when all of a sudden with no proper warning the Network is closing their Doors 1/31/2016, I was Devastated because I have permanent listeners That Depend On Me From all over the country My Dream was always to have my Own Station, I'm a Graduate From American Broadcasting School as well as Being A Radio Personality I Host A Talent Show called The Gifted Showcase At The Le Reve Lounge In New York City So Wavestreaming Saved The Day Im Up And Running and It was Easy with the software they offer I would Recommend their Services To Every One and Will write and do a commercial about them to let the world know... Wavestreaming was the first choice four years back and never one day regretted. Perfect flow of service, perfect response to correspondence, perfect packages to fit the need.

I purchased an App for our radio station a couple months ago. We were so happy with the app, we decided to explore and see what else Wavestreaming offers that could benefit our radio station. We found literature on “Webplayer”. Wavestreaming states on their website that webplayer allows you to post webplayers on your Facebook page and it also allows your friends to share your stream players by posting them on their pages. Without question, I purchased this product. I think that something like that is a great advertising tool. Well after giving Wavestreaming my credit card number, I went to my Wavepanel to activate the webplayer feature and I noticed the tutorials are blank pages (they don’t exist), help links go to error pages and when I tried creating a flashplayer (the type of player that supposedly allows you to post on facebook walls), I get an error. Since I purchased this product, it hasn’t worked. I have submitted tickets and when Arthur (the tech guy) responds, he continuously says everything is fine on his end. That we must have a firewall blocking his IP. Well my best friend owns the server my radio station is on. He is a programmer and literally owns the physical server. We have no firewalls and no IP’s blocked. We have determined over and over that this is clearly a problem on Wavestreaming’s end. I finally got to the point where I asked for a refund. Arthur responded that they will only be able to issue a partial store credit. I replied, “really? It’s more important to Wavestreaming to lose my business than to refund me for webplayer and have an app customer for years to come?” Arthur replied, “yes that is our policy”. I replied, “Well I think your policy can only be legal if you are actually selling the actual product I purchased and I just decided I didn’t like it. But in this situation, I have never been able to get it to work and I am asking for a refund because this is clearly a discontinued product and I can’t afford to flush money down the toilet.” I then said, “Well if you can’t refund my money, I will claim fraud because you can’t do that to people Arthur! That would mean I could create a bogus website, sell products that don’t exist and when irate customers ask for a refund, I can just tell them, because of our policy, we can only give you a partial store credit.” It’s illegal!!! All I wanted was what I paid for. Because being greedy and stealing my money is more important to them, they have lost a customer that would of stayed for years! All I am saying is proceed with caution! If you are reading this and end up being ripped off, just know I warned you. You suck Wavestreaming!!!!! So much for “leading provider in streaming software.” If that were true, you would have been concerned and either fixed the issue allowing me to get what I paid for or issued me a full refund to keep me a happy customer. You did neither!!!! You failed!!!

As an owner of an FM radio network, Wavestreaming complement our traditional FM broadcast with the added advantage of CD quality online streaming. We have multiple Live channels with Wavestreaming aimed at large online listeners and we also utilize independent private stream channels to deliver our content to our broadcast sites where traditional radio linking by satellite feed or Studio-Transmitter-Link is unfeasible.
When we have any issues the Wavestreaming team are exceptionally quick to raise a support ticket, help us resolve the issue, close the support ticket and allow us to get back to creating great content.
We have tried plenty of streaming/hosting companies all with terrible service and products.
Wavestreaming is the professional broadcasters choice.

We set up with Wavestreaming in 2014. The service quality and information feedback has been excellent. More important for us, as non-technical people, over 40, using Wavestreaming as our entry point to web streaming, the set up and online support made it simple and strafer.

I am a strong believer in true and good information. To me therefore Wave stream is a very powerful tool. For me Wavestream guarantees that there is a 24/7 platform of good information available for anyone who cares to listen to what is inspirational, helpful, progressive and uplifting! The interplay between Live DJ and The DJ Cloud is a brilliant invention.

I have been with Wavestreaming for going on 5 years now and we are pretty much using all of their paid products such as iphone, android apps, radio player, etc. So we are spending a decent amount with them.

Their streaming services is okay but can be unreliable but the most frustrating part with Wavestreaming is their lacking support. We are in the US so the time zone difference is difficult already but it appears that everybody goes home at 5pm Monday - Friday and no one is available on weekends.

Now we are a popular station in the US and stream 24/7, we have a lot of live shows with celebrity guests coming to our studios especially at nights and weekends and have been dealing with down server issues and we are not able to broadcast.

Let something happen to us on Friday night we are screwed until Monday. No support assistance of any sort, just dead in the water. There is nothing we can do on our end like restarting the server, reconnecting because all of the tools never work.

If you are a start up radio or hobby station then they are good but if you are trying to establish a brand and become serious. I wouldn't recommend them. They have decent products but I can't work with a company that has 9 - 5 M/F support hours as it is killing our business.

Whenever we put tickets in we just get the usual response with apologies but no real reason what happened or how to prevent it. I guess the servers just crapped out and have to be restarted by someone manually.

Like I said they may be good for starters or who just do it for a hobby but when you want to make it a business, you will shoot yourself in the foot. In addition we purchased the Android app but they were removed from Google Play and we had to set up our own accounts which cost extra money but now that we are looking to move. We are kind of taking a lot of losses since we really are tied in with the company but we are at the crossroads because we need a real partner and support. I guess we have to bite the bullet.

I have been looking for a solution to start my online radio for a while and I am really glad I found Wavestreaming.

I am relatively new to online broadcasting so their support staff were really helpful in getting me set up, I had lots of questions but they were patience and helped me every step of the way. Their support docs are also really helpful.

I am really impressed with the product, Cloud DJ is seriously cool. It's a bit more than I wanted to spend but definitely worth the money.

If, like me, you are new to online broadcasting I can't recommend Wavestreaming enough. Amazing product, great support and the best way to broadcast online.

Have to say that in five years of internet broadcasting, wavestreaming.com is the most unreliable service I have had the misfortune to use. Constant dropouts in stream, refusal to issue refunds on automatic over payments via Paypal, constant bombardment via emails trying to enroll you on paid courses to supposedly help you get more listeners. Trouble is we did already have a large listenership and the server supplied could not cope. It struggled coping when my station had over 100 listeners . This is 100 listeners at 48kbs. I had subscribed for 1000 listeners at 128kbs but had to reduce the bit rate in an attempt to gain an uninterrupted stream. Listeners do tend to drift away if your service provider can’t keep up with demand! Wavestreaming was only supplying a fraction of our network. I’d hate to think what would have happened if we had been relying on them to cope with all our listeners. Tech support was very slow and very poor and they obviously use third party server providers themselves.

I am a first time user to online radio and after some googling, I came across Wavestream. What led me there? The awesome reviews it got!

Trust me the reviews weren't wrong. On the first day I encountered difficulty in setting up my Cloud Dj, I simply filled out a support ticket and within a few hours my problem was solved. It doesn't end there, the next day I had even more problems streaming live from my physical location using my dj gear and once again they came to the rescue making sure that my machine was setup correctly and that my stream went LIVE!

They even went the extra mile to connect to my machine remotely to make sure everything was the way it was supposed to be. That is A-Class service!

I am glad to be associated with a company like WS. I like the Youtube videos that I found very informative. I like the quick response after I sent a email with some questions.
