10/10 service with a team who care about their customers and their wine!

Andrew and Sue are very helpful and there customer service is second to none. The selection of wines is very good.

I ordered my wine and a very pleasant gentleman rang to tell me he had half of my order, but the other half would be a week. It was good so I was not left wondering what was happening.

I had to search the internet to find where I could buy my favourite wine which I have at our local restaurant and came across Waterside Wines.
I Placed my First order and found it to be excellent service and delivery.
Wines were packaged perfectly and went down a treat over Christmas.
I will definitely be ordering from here again! 5*

The service was very efficient, I ordered the bottle last minute as a christmas gift and it arrived in time and got lots of compliments around the table.

I was so excited to find a UK company selling a wine I had been searching for since I first tasted it in a hotel early this year.
I was a little nervous as I had never heard of Waterside Wines, but was reassured by the good reviews.
I called to find out if my order would be received before my work place closed for Christmas and received a call back from Andrew who was so helpful and friendly. He reassured me that my order would be received by the following Wednesday, but, as it turned out it was received even earlier.
Thank you so much for wonderful service and I have been enjoying this wine over Christmas! I will be ordering more in the new year!

From my initial enquiry through to collection, Andrew and his team have been 5* with their advice and helpfulness.
Waterside Wines was one of the few places I could find a particular English Sparkling Rose I wanted and being fairly local to me I asked If I might collect the bottles which I was told was fine.
Andrew's enthusiasm, energy and passion for his business soon encouraged me to add a couple more cases of white wine to my order as I wanted to sample some for an upcoming event next summer that will require several cases.
I collected the wine this morning and was greeted by two super friendly and helpful team members.
I would definitely recommend this business and highly commend them for their efforts with my fairly small order.

There was a delay on my order which was beyond Waterside wines control. They kept me informed throughout and were extremely polite and professional at all times. Due to the delay, I requested an alternative delivery date to accommodate a short break I was taking. The delivery arrived first thing in the morning on the alternative delivery date
