Easy to buy the motor good customer service

Telephone advice very good whilst ordering pump. Delivery on time.
Successful installation today.

The customer service and updates were brilliant, the delivery and service excellent. The only problem I have is the pump itself just doesn’t do what it said on the tin basically, it’s not powerful enough for 1 sprinkler let alone 2, so now I am out of pocket but you live and learn and maybe I should have got the next size up.

I think the one thing that tells you how good a company is, is their customer service. If it goes wrong, how did they deal with it?
Well, this company get 5 stars. I purchased 2 pumps recently, one was damaged in the box when I opened it.
I sent an email about issue to them. It was replied to promptly. A replacement pump was sent out after I had sent a couple of pictures of the damage. The replacement came the next day.
I don't think you can ask for much more than that.

I purchased an irrigation pump from them less than a year ago and now it’s developed a fault - I think with the flow switch. I emailed four days ago to claim a repair or replacement but still waiting for a reply.

Really appreciated the quick response when we needed a pump sending quickly.

I phoned to find out what sort of pump I needed and got great advice. Went on line the same evening and ordered the pump. 36 hours later the pump arrived and saved our house from a flood from an overflowing well.

This the second pump I have brought in the last three months. The first just kept blowing my electric. The response I have had with the first pump was very disappointing. The company need to sort out there customer care service.

It’s all very good writing a response saying contact customer service and that customer service is high on there agenda, I have contacted customer service twice already with no satisfactory outcome. This company need to deal with customer complaints at the first instance and not when people write a poor review.

I purchased a Tallas D-BOOST 850 Pump on Friday 5th May and received it on the Saturday. All very good so far.
When I opened the package (on Sunday) which was undamaged I found the vibration mount broken into two pieces.
I contacted customer care same day via email with pictures and an explanation.
No response and having tried to call their telephone number given on their website have found that it is NEVER picked up. Tried 16 times in two days and after a brief automated reply it hangs up.

Worst support I have ever experienced.!

Poor customer service! Where do I start? Firstly I was told to hold the line as they where very busy and short staffed.
Secondly for some reason my order was duplicated and I charged and received 2 orders, I called early the next day to cancel one of the orders and was told it was too late and the order couldn't be cancelled, so I now have 2 pumps! I then had to wait for 3 days for a returns label to be email to me and now I have to take this to my nearest PDP drop off point for me to get a refund.

Pump arrived damaged and our electrician didn't notice until installed. We also requested a vat invoice but received no response.

I was looking for a replacement Saniflo and came across this company online. The price was very good and I ordered it on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday. Brilliant service

Great product, great service.

Ordered a water pump from this company and the item arrived damaged. Have tried now for 10 days to get hold of them to get a refund. Now they are not taking any calls. Customer service no existent - do not use them.
