We purchased a pump in March last year that developed a fault. I contacted Waterpump to explain the issue, and their team were absolutely brilliant!
A replacement pump was despatched and was with us in 2 days! I can't fault their service both with the initial order and their help on resolving our issue. Thanks again for your superb customer service.

Customer service is second to none: helpful advice given prior to purchase and amazing, no quibble replacement when pump failed. Can't recommend highly enough.

No complaints whatsoever. Bought a pump, turned out to be faulty. Said to myself, "Oh here we go..." but what followed was constant communication and a successful replacement in the end, even after a lengthy delay on my side trying to get the product to work with a plumber, who was also very patient. Thank you, Water Pump, good job.

Exeptional service, both with the initial purchase after an email conversation about my needs, and with replacement when a part of my pump failed.

I had taken there advice on what water pump to order and it arrived within 48 hours. One part of the pump had been damaged in transport.. Waterpump got a replacement to me again within 48 hours. There customer service and despatch is 5*

Shipping was quick and fantastic customer service, I had a query which was responded to and dealt with immediately. Couldn't ask for more

I had a problem with the starting of my Tallas E-Booster Pump 850. This was the first time in use for the season.
I sent an email as I couldn't select submit on the online form. I also called and I was very pleased that I could speak to someone quite quickly, i.e. without queuing.
Customer Services made some suggestions and emailed me a picture to assist. I tried this and it worked, pump now up and running for the new season.

I always judge a company by post sales customer service. There was an issue with the product I ordered. The problem was resolved within an hour of contacting Waterpumps and a replacement item was received shortly thereafter. 5* response.
