Ordered before with no issues this time we have ordered the discount code did not work but that wasnt a big issue as we needed the mat asap, we had an email from Fed Ex to say it had been delivered, which it hasnt! phoned Fed Ex they said someone will come back to me the next day... and nothing, we contacted WaterHog via facebook and email and again no response, I know this is a busy period but when items are ordered that are required for a certain date no communication is a nighmare! as of today still no repsonse from either party apart from this review they have asked us to make today?

Delivered really quickly. Packaged really. Look really sturdy and can already see how good they work with the grooves which keeps the mud etc in the mat rather than spreading around

Poor quality for the price
Poor quality for the price - it says suitable for outdoor use but it’s just soaked up all the water and looks really shabby already, would return if I could very disappointed

Very happy with my WaterHog mats.
Very happy with my WaterHog mats ( big one at the front door hallway) no more juggling to stay on the mat with the dog after wet walk. Smaller at back door.
They look smart & do the job very well. And a third inside garden door. I am in danger of wanting more, have to content myself with telling my friends & getting them hooked.

Absolutely love this doormat! The colour is gorgeous and adds a warm, welcoming touch to my doorway. The quality is excellent, sturdy, well-made, and feels like it will last a long time. Stylish yet practical, it’s exactly what I wanted.

Really does prevent as much getting onto the kitchen floor
This was my 2nd order of rugs to complement the doormat in my kitchen. I'm impressed with the quality of the mats and they really do seem to prevent as much dirt coming in on paws from the garden.

Bought a second mat for our back door
Bought a second mat for our back door, as the first one is great. It stays in place and doesn’t move despite the foot traffic going through. The mat arrived very quickly in a well packaged box.
