Waste King Skip Hire Limited Recensioni

Easy to book, Collected on the agreed date. It would have been 5 stars if they had sent an automated reply to confirm receipt. When their generic email finally arrived, it informed me I would be charged more than the agreed amount for a fridge or freezer when I'd specifically requested the removal of a fridge and freezer. They need to get their CRM sorted.

I've used Waste King once before and they were great - a Waste King branded team. This time the (small) job was sub-contracted to another provider. The workers who arrived were great but the office staff they liaised didn't want to accept that a small chest of drawers could and would fit under the medium desk, with the same volume so tried to double the cost estimate, which was based on detailed photos and a conversation with Waste King. A small variance I'd have understood but not double.
Update:
I now know Waste King challenged the sub-contractor demands on the day and on Friday, the sub-contractor sent a second van to collect the 'excess' (which never was). On the basis that everyone makes a mistake sometimes and it's what you do to put it right that counts, I've added a fourth star. It can't really be 5 but I'd happily use Waste King again

Waste King is a great company, they were able to give me an accurate quote and book in the collection with only a phone call and a few emails. They kept me up to date with everything and were cheaper than their competitors.

Quick to reply to emails and friendly service

The process from beginning to end was fantastic, the people in the office we spoke to were, friendly, very, very, helpful. The driver , Steve, was amazing, helpful , kind, and with a wicked sense of humour, which was just what i needed today!!! Please, tell your staff, that there isn't anything you could improve!!!

Whenever I have needed Waste Kings services over the last 3 years, I ask to speak to Tracey Bower as she never lets me down with any of my requirements!

Not only that, she’s great to talk to, always asks how I’ve been and is a pleasure to deal with.
She’s a credit to your organisation!

Great service.

Great removal service. However men that came in did not say when they were leaving as they insisted on being left alone when work being complete.

Friendly staff, often cheaper than a skip, on time and swept my customers drive afterwards

The guys arrived promptly and took all 10 cubic yds of junk in no time. Even taking some additional pieces.

Straightforward booking following lots of patient and helpful advice over the phone as I wasn't sure which type of collection method would be best for what I needed.
The skip driver was very polite and friendly and contacted me before delivery, as requested on booking, so I had time to get to the house. He was very accommodating in getting the skip as close as possible to where I needed it to be and in fact went out of his way to drop it off at an even more convenient spot on the driveway for me which I didn't think was possible.
No hesitation at all in recommending Waste King and in fact have already arranged to book their Man + Van for the remaining non-skip suitable items once the skip has been collected, so the fact they can essentially clear the whole house for me is really a relief and a bonus!

Easy to communicate with - very helpful end to end

Came the same day to help me with a family emergency. Booker very kind, man with a van very efficient.

Skip arrived on time with 2 week option before it was picked up.

Lauren was very friendly and helpful. We had used Waste King a few years ago when clearing out my parents' loft so I knew how helpful they were. We were able to order and change at short notice and that level of flexibility is hugely helpful. I would always use Waste King in the future.
