You send samples to me on time and efficiently. I am now deciding whether to use your fabric as I will need at least 16 metres. Whilst beautiful fabric could I justify spending that sort of money plus of course all the extras

Chaos
Chaos! Placed a large paint order in their sale, it didn’t arrive. I chased and discovered the order had been ‘held up’ because they had run out of the eggshell. No one told me and unless I chased nothing would have happened. Can they mix more? No. Can they give me the colour formula? No. Can they compensate me? No. Went back to their website and eggshell paints in my chosen colour appeared to be available but when I checked again, no they are not! They were presumably taking customer’s money and not fulfilling orders which is a strange way to run a business. Customer services were polite but not particularly helpful and there was no resolution. Such a shame because Warner House have some great wallpapers and fabrics.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that we have disappointed you on this occasion.
I have looked into this for you and it looks like a system glitch meant that the Eggshell paint was no longer available and in turn our website had not updated to reflect this. Once we were made aware of this error, our technical team ensured this was corrected.
We do pride ourselves on excellent customer service and I can see that the Eggshell paint was fully refunded and the rest of your order was fulfilled. We do hope you that you love the paint you have received.

Excellent service and quality products
Requested paint 6 samples for myself and my friend. Supplied absolutely free of charge and arrived the next day. Unfortunately,they were unsatisfactory for what we wanted but gorgeous colours. No pressure to buy. Excellent service. Fantastic website. Will definitely use again

Shabby Service
After 3 days we phoned Warner House to check on the progress of our order for fabric and spoke to a lady who was immediately defensive/argumentative saying that it had only be placed a few days ago and delivery takes 4 days - although their site states within 2-4 days. We explained that we would normally have expected a notification of dispatch if the fabric was to be delivered on the 4th day. She then reluctantly offered to check the order and get back to us which she did but only to say the order hadn't been placed and the fabric was out of stock and discontinued. When asked when they were intending to let us know she replied the system shouldn't have let the order be placed!
