A lovely small business
A lovely small business. I had found this ceramic snail shell that I liked on a bigger brand's website. I knew I'd likely be able to find it elsewhere, and there it was on Maison White at nearly half the price! I was delighted to find it at an affordable price, and it arrived quickly and extremely well protected. I was pleased to see also that the large outer box it came in was recycled. Excellent, and I would definitely buy from their online store again. Thanks :)

First time customer. Ordered a bluebell gray duvet set and it was delivered super quick. The duvet set is lovely and was a really good price in comparison to other retailers. Lovely quality and design with that crisp cotton feel which I love.

Fantastic customer service
My daughter dropped hints about having a Jellycat Graduation Bunny, a week before her graduation.
I searched the internet and ordered from another large company but their ordering system failed. Luckily I discovered Maison White. They delivered the item next day and we're cheaper for the item and the P and P than the other company.
I will definitely try to use them again.

Great choice of Maileg products at a very reasonable price. I had to contact Maison White due to my own error and they could not have been more helpful . Prompt delivery and so beautifully packaged there was no need to rewrap them for gifting. This then led to me making a second order and I am sure there will be many more to come. I bought a flamingo table
I bought a flamingo table. It arrived with a piece out of the leg. Customer Services were good & organised a return & delivery of a second table. That arrived today & had cracks in both legs. Both tables were well packed & the boxes were not damaged so the issue is at the supply end. I have been told I cannot have a third table unless I arrange collection & delivery of my own back. Customer Services have blamed the courier, but there is no way the table could be damaged as it's so well packed in form shaped polystyrene - extremely disappointed!

we are so sorry your experience was disappointing. To clarify, we check all items before for obvious defects before being handed over to Parcelforce.
While the polystyrene and boxes may look intact externally, severe handling or drops in transit can cause fragile items to crack internally from the impact. Because a second item was damaged in transit, we are unfortunately unable to send a third via the same courier. Our team is ready to process a full refund for you as soon as the return is arranged.

My first order so was a little apprehensive, but the item I wanted was on sale at a great price. Lovely item packed very well with some sweets - nice touch. Fast delivery. Great comms.

Have been in the shop, spoken to staff by phone and by email. Their customer service goes above and beyond. So helpful and efficient. Great shop for Jellycats. I made a mistake with my last online order and they noticed and sorted it for me. Can highly recommend them.
