I ordered two folding stall tables and table clothes from Rinkit. The product itself is basic but good, and the price is fair.

I paid for next day delivery with dpd. Three days later, half the order arrived. Customer services were decent about getting the other half despatched, but to my surprise flat out refused to refund the delivery fee, despite it arriving incomplete two days late. So a star deducted for only despatching half my order, and another star deducted for the customer service response.

Recently ordered a garden dining set (table and 4 chairs), but the chairs were lost by the courier (Evri). Contacted Rinkit who were very quick to respond to my query, and were very apologetic. They have sorted my problem and have resent the chairs.

They use Evri for deliveries. So deliveries don't turn up. Avoid.

A gate latch I purchased late in 2025 was fitted in the spring of this year. Yesterday, without any apparent reason the latch sheared. I contacted Rinkit at 9.15am this morning and received a personal apology from Vicktorija on behalf of the Company with an option to refund or replace at 10am. Just 50 minutes later Mathida emailed to say the replacement had been ordered and should be with me in 2-3 working days. Amazing service - I'm balled over

I bought six unusual metal conical garden flame torches from Rinkit. I'd been looking everywhere for flame torches with a bit of design sophistication so was thrilled when I came across these ones. I chose the black ones but the brushed steel versions look great too. They look fab in the garden when lit; so much better than electric lights and much nicer looking than the bamboo versions.
We've now decided to order a few more to put in other areas of the garden when we're sitting out on summer nights.

Very fast delivery of wine and cocktail glasses. Unfortunately 1 glass was broken. I e mailed with photos and by return I received an apology and a promise of a box of 6 as a replacement. What amazing

My order was delivered quickly and well packaged. There was a small problem but it was dealt with immediately and efficently Would buy with confidence from this company again

Excellent customer service. I ordered glassware which arrived very quickly. One glass was broken, but I received an immediate reply (on a Sunday afternoon) and a replacement was sent out the very next day. Would highly recommend.

I bought 3 wooden chopping boards from Rinkit through Tesco Marketplace and after a handful of uses one of them split and another has a crack in the wood. I contacted Rinkit (on a weekend) and they replied almost immediately, which I did not expect given it was the weekend. They sorted the issue by sending replacements straight away. Their customer service is fantastic and I would most certainly have the confidence to buy from them again.

Over the years I’ve experienced superb service and pricing for exquisite glasses. Recently cracked a glass whilst opening the brand new box of gorgeous Hoxton coupes. I messaged Rinkit to see if I could purchase a replacement and they sent me a complementary set immediately. I have never experienced such a responsive service from any other company or supplier ever. This was such a kind gesture, particularly as it was my fault. Thank you once again!

Bought some garage storage shelves via Tesco and supplied via Rinkit. Unfortunately there was a problem with the item delivered. Looked like the box had been bashed about and opened and some small assembly pieces were missing, also damage to the shelving. I contacted Rinkit who responded immediately. They could not have been more helpful. Initially they offered some compensation and ultimately they offered to send a complete new storage rack free of charge. I’m happy with the outcome but most impressed by their fabulous customer service.

Small manufacturing issue with part of my order. No drama, immediate email response and super speedy replacement received. Excellent customer service from this company.

Absolutely awful! Recieved the item open, tried to contact them to return it, didnt recieve a reply until I contacted b and q and showed them that they were responding,
Then on top of that they made the pickup and return process so hard and then ignored me to refund me 179.88
And asked to confirm I had returned the item, when a previous email showed all the tracking and a refund to take 3 to 5 working days but hadn't been processed.
Customer service awful

Rinkit made an error with my order quantity but were very quick to respond and amend the error. Excellent customer service.

I bought 6 LAV Sorgum Pilsner Beer Glasses from Rinkit via the Tesco Marketplace. The glasses arrived very quickly and are very good quality. Unfortunately one of the glasses arrived broken. I contacted Rinkit and they sent me a replacement which arrived the next morning !
Excellent service but would suggest that they review their packaging and delivery service (Evri) e.g. add some 'fragile' or 'keep upright' stickers and some cushioning between the glasses.

Very fast delivery and excellent service. A couple of bowl arrived broken, but the issue was resolved quickly with a replacement. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely order again.

My purchase from Rinkit arrived damaged so I emailed their customer service and within ten minutes I recieved a reply from Ana..she asked for a few details about damaged items and immediately arranged for replacements to be sent which i recieved in two days in perfect condition, Really great customer service, thankyou

I have also been on the receiving end of Ana and she has helped to replace a damaged glass bowl that was damaged before it was delivered to me.

I sent a parcel back to Rinkit, which was not needed and waited for my refund which didn’t come in the due time expected. I got in touch with them via email, they responded in a matter of 2 hrs, delt with my concern immediately and my refund was sent within 24hours.
