Had a hiccup at the start as a washer was missing engineer called next day to fix it ..Since then is working great very pleased with boiler

My neatly instaled Warmflow compact boiler which appears to be at this comparable period of my yearly cycle to be using less oil for the same heating results as my previous boiler,
so I am therefore very happy with the results,

Very clean and efficient work carried out. Very quiet boiler.

I was very happy with my experience with warm flow they got the job done with no hassle i would use warm flow again .

MR P plumbing and electrical services done a fantastic job!!! I can’t recommend them enough especially ronan the electrician his knowledge of heating systems was second to none.. he knew everything about flow,returns & auxiliaries!!! Thanks guys!!!

A brilliant boiler, just had a external warmflow oil combo boiler installed recommended by my boiler engineer who services my boiler every year. New boiler all ready for conversion to new fuel coming later,

The boiler was installed by a certified plumber Trueheat and I was very impressed with the quality of the installation. The boiler is very compact and compared to our 25year+ it looks and sounds brilliant. It has been running very quietly and responds instantaneously with my Hive app. It is early days only 8 days but everything is working perfectly.

Very happy with the boiler, believe it was a bit more intense to fit compared to a grant boiler.

The new agentis boiler range is very good as an installer I've fitted a fair few and have to say the agentis is now my go to boiler
The combi comes with a fair bit built in so no trying to fit pressure reducing valves and shock arrestors inline to the boiler.
My local rep Andy Yeomans has been very helpful even helped me source flue parts for an install at short notice.
I recently did a product training day at Wymondham with Colin we even managed to fit in some fault finding and multi meter skills as well I highly recommend attending one given the chance

Arranged to have an air source heat pump installed in my home by a local installer after going through Home Energy Scotland. Originally, I wanted the same as most of my neighbours had in their homes, but due to a shortage of components, I chose another manufacturer Warmflow and how glad I was. Much superior and up-to-date design. Slim long radiators in my living room, dark grey coloured heat pump and modern easy to use controls. So different from the basic heat pumps and controls that others have. Neighbours & friends have visited and have all really liked Warmflow’s product. Works a wonder re heat. The local installer (not Warmflow) done a neat and tidy job, but let themselves down with regards to customer service, no replies to emails or requests for return calls. My new heat pump wasn’t even registered with Warmflow by installer to safeguard the guarantee, even after a number of attempts asking them to do so. I had to register it myself and also wanted to know about service etc. I’ve since been in contact with Lucy Wellings and Mark Hainey from Warmflow sales. They without any delay answered my emails and phoned to answer all my questions. I Would definitely recommend Warmflow heat pump for quality, design, easy to use modern control box and their after sales service. I’ve nothing negative to say about Warmflow, all positive and I’m so pleased I chose them.

I can’t thank sales rep Mark Hainey enough for bringing materials to me after I made a mess of my order and missed some required fittings.
Not once but twice he came to dig me out a hole.
Fantastic service and I can’t wait to continue fitting these products knowing the product backup service that is on offer !

The oil burner was installed ok . Unfortunately there was a escape of burnt smoke from the unit
The chimney fitting were replaced and put back together. The direction of the exhaust outlet was also altered. It seems to be operating okay.
When the oil tank was refilled there was a smell similar to a diesel exhaust in the garage.I opened a vent and it seems to have cleared. The air is fairly clean
