We have installed a number of the Zeno Air source and ground source heat pumps and tanks over a number of years, Quality is on par with the competitors, Controls are simple and easy to explain to our customers and more importantly they always have units availible from stock. Due to the large number of units we install there is sometimes hiccups but we are always impressed with the technical backup provided by head office as well our local rep Mark Haniey who always goes above and beyond to help.

I had to buy a new boiler {very expensive} after having my last brand new boiler from you just FIVE years ago!!!!
Not impressed with the life span of your product after previous other makes have lasted in excess of 20 years. My date was 25/01/2023 but your calendar will not let me put in correct date!!

Boiler so far is very efficient and quiet running. Easy installed and a good quality product.

Only 2 years old new pump put into this in October it’s gone again those boilers are rubbish not fit for purpose all the good reviews only a few days old looks like I’ll be going to court on this one no help what so ever from warmflow there is no dirt in the system as the whole system was cleaned out rads and all be fore new boiler fitted unless it coming in through the mains but I am not only one having problems with those pumps had grant system before this for 28 years still working when taken out may be warmflow could buy there pumps from them or just a better pump that’s fit for use in there boilers

Boiler been fitted for 5 years, we have had to replace rubber seals on heat exchanger every year, motorised valve and numerous other parts, boilers are very poor compared to our old Grant, won't have another Warmflow. Why would a pipe unions be serviceable, why would you design a pipe joint to fail annually?? Even when serviced they don't last a year, when they leak the water flows directly onto the pump control box and the aforementioned electronic valve. How do I send my serial number?

Installed the new warmflow professional combination boiler and what a piece of kit it is. You can really tell a lot of hard work and thought has gone into the design. Very happy. Well done warmflow 👏🏻

Really loving the new Agentis boiler. Leaps and bounds from the old warmflow. Really well built and designed. The efficiency is unreal!!

Seems to be efficient and quiet. There is no way to have the oil feed pipe feed through the inside of the casing meaning that we have to have the pipe on the floor butted up to the side of the boiler. This means it is susceptible to damage.
The instruction book is comprehensive but poorly written so as to make it unreadable both for engineer and user.

New oil boiler fitted and after six weeks there have been no glitches

Bouler delivered well in time, quickly and seamlessly installed.

Warmflow were very helpful with adviice for me to choose a new boiler. A date was given for removing the old one, and fitting the new. The guys were friendly, efficient, and after the set up was complete, they gave good instructions on working the controls. Guarantee sorted for me.

Install was completed on time and in a professional manner. Ciaran and Nathan did a very good job of the install and making us aware of the new set up.

Arrived missing a screw and poorly installed flue gasket.

Excellent boiler. Once installed the set up was reasonable easy

Had a condenser boiler fitted 11 years ago and serviced every year. The service engineer has just told me there is a leak in the boiler and I’ve noticed this is a problem that other users have had so I assume it’s a design weakness of some sort - I note that most of the reviews are positive but almost all are ref installations which are less than one year old.
