Very pleased with our Warmflow boiler. We find it to be much more efficient than our old one. It heats the radiators better and uses less oil which, in these times, is a major benefit.

New Warmflow oil boiler exploded a few weeks after installation.
Boiler was replaced promptly, but poor support for the installing engineer, and no on-site help or assistance with cleaning cost.

The boiler is working well but I'm having teething issues. Hopefully all will be resolved and I will then enjoy many trouble free years with the boiler.

We continue to use Warmflow as our primary boiler manufacturer, the positive feed back we receive from our customers just confirms how good the boilers are, this just confirms that we are making the right decision using Warmflow.

New boiler fitted last week after my old one finally died beyond repair after 25 years service. Must admit that the technology has moved on a bit over those years. First impressions are that the boiler is very efficient, it heats up quickly when the central heating comes on. I think that's due to the hot water being on permanently which my independent heating engineer assured me is the most economical way to run it.
The other big difference is that it runs much more quietly than the old one. I don't know if it's going to be more economical to run yet but again my engineer said that it should be. I also found the controls extremely easy to use in comparison with the old boiler, a separate time clock was fitted which means I don't actually need to touch the boiler controls unless I want to adjust the temperature output.
I am very happy with the new boiler so far, long may it continue.

New oil fired external combi boiler fitted at the start of Feb. First one fitted by engineer who had been used to a different brand, but we wanted Warmflow after researching various boilers and seeing their impressive energy rating. He said he was very impressed with it and would be recommending it to others. Obviously it's a bit too soon for me to give 5 stars but, so far so good, and we are definitely using less heating oil which can only be a good thing given the horrendous costs at the moment!

Fit the warmflow agentis combi last week, it's the easiest oil combi boiler I have fitted and in the current climate with oil prices this can save up to 5 ltrs of oil a week

Phoned Warmflow as my boiler was leaking water. They sent an 'engineer' out to have a look.
He said he couldn't fix it because it was to do with the pipes and that is a plumbers job.
OK, so we then phoned warmflow back and arranged for one of their plumbers to come out. They were meant to arrive on the Thursday. Just for reference we are on Tuesday of that week.
Thursday came and went, no plumber arrived. Friday came and went, still no plumber.
Ended up having to get a plumber from another company to replace a plastic washer. 10 minute job.
Warmflow happy enough to leave us without heating. Their customer care team doesn't give a toss.
NHS nurse without heat for 5 days. Thanks Warmflow.
