Warmflow supply fantastic products. We made the general switch from Grant as we were installing 20 oil boilers a year. Warmflow have customer service on hand who are always friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. The point system is very handy, especially in a world where perks do not really exist. We are now the Warmflow Agents for Guernsey as I had so much trust in the product and service.

The Agentis boilers are great to install and overall a excellent efficient boiler. The Pro range is great if your struggling for space for the mag filter.
I would highly recommend warmflow boilers to anyone looking for an efficient boiler.

Ordered product through local plumber. delivered by friendly chap. Seems a good product for the cost. Only one compaint being that there is such a small amount of space in the unit that some of the pipe works seems to have to be run externally making the boiler more obvious than it should be

Air intake hose to burner not fit for purpose. Plastic material breaks when flexed. This is a genuine part only replaced 2 years ago and it's failed again. Needs better design Warmflow!

Installation of this Warm flow product was very efficient and carried out by a very professional customer focused Technician which made the whole experience quite enjoyable, with a complete explanation of the product installed.

We purchased a property with a Warmflow oil boiler installed 2 years ago (it was installed in 2018) and it has been nothing but a nightmare.
In the two years we have lived here, it has already cost me £1000+ in repairs. It has just broken down again and is now leaking water everywhere.
I tried calling Warmflow customer service and after asking me a few questions to see whether the warranty was valid (apparently, it isn't) they wanted to know nothing about it. They didn't even ask what the problem was.
We have had the boiler serviced every 12 months and the washers have been replaced, but this seems to only fix the leak for a couple of weeks before it starts leaking again. This is also only one of several problems we have had with it.
I've given it two stars as there is a chance that the boiler wasn't installed correctly. But I find it hard to believe that is the reason that we have now had to replace 4 parts in less than two years.
It's gotten to the point now where we are likely going to have to purchase a new boiler or look at alternative methods for heating. Just so I don't have to constantly deal with the headache and cost of repairing it.

Please don’t buy a boiler from this shower.
I made the mistake of buying on instead of a Worcester.
It’s not a year old and has gone faulty, the plumber who fitted diagnosed it as a photo cell and told me to call warmflow. If this had been Worcester they would have sent their own engineers out. Not this lot I was told to get the plumber back and make him call when on site to go through the problem, even though they have been told! So now into third week with no heating or hot water.
Never never never use this company there after care is diabolical.

Warmflow, produce excellent quality boilers which are amongst the best available. They have a great sales , and support teams that provide all the assistance you need to be able to feel confident selling their quality products to our customers. First Class!!

having bought a "QUALITY" warmflow boiler in 2019. have it maintained and serviced every year since installation and commission. Only to find out that 4 years down the line baffles are all rusted. Agreed with Engineer and Warmflow office staff that 2no baffles would be replaced FOC, then to be told that they are now chargeable. I would expect these parts to last longer than 4yrs. Very disappointing service!!!

Second time in the last week a customer has told me their heating cost has gone down 50% compared to their previous boiler, in fact this elderly lady told me her heating bill is less than her daughters on who is on gas.
These Warmflow Agentis boilers are first class, look how clean it runs.
It’s the second service since new.
