Worst boiler ever stay well clear oft the boilers and MCA renewables in Glasgow area that installed the boiler I have professional engineer's servicing the boiler every year the boiler is 5 year old and had nothing but problems every winter and not a cheap system to buy and install it is came to the point where I am going to go down the road of seeking professional help as the boilers are not fit for purpose and I have 3 friends in the same area as IAM and they have nothing but problems the people that have posted 5stars must be warmflow trust me stay well clear unless you like being cold 🥶❄️ and showering in cold water and having to get engineers out all the time

Worst thing we ever did was agree to have this boiler installed, it's only been in 4 years, it's constantly breaking down to a cost of £400 + a time due to faults, we are often left for weeks without heating & hot water due to lack of engineers in the area & once the installers had our money they didn't care anymore.
This product is not fit for purpose & I believe we've been missold a boiler that cost over £14,000, the least it could do is be dependable.
Our installers now refuse to repair or service these boilers now due to all the hassle & breakdowns, to me they're saying they know the product is rubbish.
Currently in contact with our msp & trading standards.
My advice would be to avoid warmflow products, their customer service is abysmal, passed from pillar to post when the boiler needs repaired.

Had to ring support today for a Technical question Mark was on it straight away.

Excellent training day at Riello arranged by Niel at Warmflow, very informative and helpful for engineers. Along with Niel's vast knowlege in the industry a great selling point for Warmflow.

These are top-quality boilers. They are highly efficient. They minimise emissions and allow for maximum efficiency. However, as with all oil boilers, it is essential to have an oftec registered boiler specialist commission the new boiler & to have it serviced annually.

Great service from initial enquiry through to specification, design and install support. Nothing is too much trouble and really support our guys on-site.

Not long been fitting Warmflow. However after fitting the first few ASHP systems I have nothing negative to report other than a couple of things that have now been ironed out. Both the system components and the after sale care have been fantastic so far.

The installation was straight forward, the engineer was happy with the product. There was an issue with the Riello pump leaking oil but the issue was resolved by the engineer promptly after speaking to Warmflow they sent a new oil pump straight away without any quibble.
Only just started using the central heating will be able to comment more after first winter has passed.

Professional tradesmen with a great work ethic. Nothing was a bother for Cathal. Whole job completed in less than 2 days (new condenser boiler and new slimline tank installed in new location, removal of old system and full magnacleanse service).

The plumber was fast and efficient, well mannered.

This is a great boiler and was bought as well for its high energy rating.
Plenty of hot water.
Being summer the rads not on often but when they have been plenty of heat coming from them.
Only recently installed and time will tell but I do not expect problems at all. Great warranty, too.
Very happy so far. 5 stars.

What made it special was the excellent plumber that fitted the boiler. Top class workmanship and attention to detail in cleaning the site afterwards

So far so good - just have had it installed a few days, works very well with the Hive wifi system.
The installer, SureFire Heating did a very professional and efficient job.

I have had a Warmflow Air Source now for about a year with underfloor heating on a new build. Its been running great and the controller is easy to use. Bills have been low. I had to ring their helpline to help change a few settings and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone

Just had a E26ppro fitted with all the bells and whistles accompanied by a 7 year warranty. The install was by EMD boiler services. Fantastic service and install. Great boiler.

Wouldn't touch their boilers with a barge pole. Bought a new combi combustion oil boiler only around 6 years old and now virtually all major parts have failed requiring over £2500 to fix. I'll be buying a new one, but definitely not a Warmflow.😡😡😡😡

From initial inspection of faulty boiler through to installation and commissioning of new one, the company (C.J.O'Kane) were punctual, polite, efficient and thoroughly professional in all aspects of their work. I would certainly recommend them to anyone requiring heating and plumbing work done.
I hope I can be as positive about the new Warmflow boiler which had to replace the "old" Warmflow one after only 8 years!! Two plumbers both concluded that what they referred to as the "same problem" as they had seen in similar boilers - possibly a manufacturing defect - had appeared again. Here's hoping Warmflow have sorted the issue and I will not be in the same position in another 8 years' time !

Great oil combi boiler, easy to install and very efficient cutting oil use. I would recommend Warmflow boilers every day.
