If I could give this company a zero star rating then I would.
I purchased a Warmflow Biomass boiler through MCA Renewables - Glasgow in 2019.
This is my experience of this boiler. It has had a problem since February 2023. It has “exploded” several times with smoke billowing out of it! Regularly the control panel displays “Poor combustion” and there is water inside the ash-pan area. Eventually after several months of emailing the installation company, it was decided that it could be the flue. So this was replaced with a straight shortened flue, (November 2023). The problem persisted. Warmflow eventually sent out an engineer, January 2024, who told me it was just condensation and was normal for the boiler! Really?!
Now they think it MIGHT be some sort of valve that is going to cost me £789.00 plus VAT!
I understand that faults develop and things need to be repaired/replaced but they don’t know what is wrong with this boiler and are guessing! If this doesn’t fix the problem then I can get a credit note back! What for? For the next part that might be causing the problem!
I just want my boiler fixed!

There has been no apology from Warmflow for the inconvience and stress that this has caused me over the last year!

I would not recommend purchasing a Biomass boiler from Warmflow, poor customer service and can’t wait to get rid of it and replace it with something more reliable!

Installed a warmflow boiler just over 4 years ago never had a full year without it breaking down 4th pcb board broken down again no ignition, replaced igniter still not working war.flow says it the photo cell ,replaced that ,now says combustion door open, opened and closed numerous times still tells me door is open ,warmflow very unhelpfully, been on to citizen advice and processed started to have it replaced,we will see how that goes ,next step will be small claims court ,waiting responses from warmflow

Installed an agentis pro 26 combi last week probably the 6th that we’ve installed

My customers very happy and comment that they use much less kerosene than they’re previous boiler

Having purchased a Warmflow combi boiler I had it installed by a local heating company.
What a product. ! Using very little oil and house is superb and toasty.

I've just started installing these boilers , they are excellent value for money and with the warranty customers can't go wrong . Warmflow technical support very good

Our previous Warmflow boiler had given sterling service for 15 years until it failed. Our heating engineer,Tripower,installed a new boiler quickly and it has worked perfectly.

Very helpful representative via phone contact. Followed up my query successfully.

Installed a Warmflow i21 Professional today The installation was a breeze.This Boiler had been designed with the installer in mind The Pro version comes with Adey filter and 2 bottles of inhibitor,Fire valve and filter and the condense comes with a flexible connector, again for simple installation This Boiler case is study, not like other manufacturers Along with a great warranty I will fit more of these

We received and had installed (by HeatZone) our B26 boiler with HBF flue at the start of September. It replaced an aging system that was standard efficiency. The new appliance is unbelievably quiet compared to the old system, in fact I think our fridge makes more noise!! We are using less oil now and our system is much better for the environment as it is a condensing model. Cannot recommend Warmflow any higher, super appliance!

Great technical customer service always solves issues very quickly. Reps very knowledgeable and provide assistance as el.

We have a Warmflow air source heat pump fitted about 2 months ago. The installer that supplied do a range of heat pumps. I done a little research, and the only manufacturers representative that got back to me, was Mark from Warmflow. He is very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions.
So far I am very happy with the product and the service

I have had a Zeno AS03 installed for 9 months or so, I am delighted with the system. Installation was great and support from Mark at Warmflow was great.

We had a warmflow Air Source Heat pump fitted in our house in West scotland and am delighted by the system. The installaion company were great and the Local Warmflow Rep was super helpful.

We are thrilled with our new boiler the house seems to keep the heat for longer. It is also more efficient than our old boiler which lasted 26 years so can't complain at that
