Boiler has a bad leak, and many small parts have failed, My boiler engineer tells me that he sees the same failings with all the Warmflow boilers on his patch. he is not impressed.

We have a heat pump and are happy with it but struggling to find someone in North Yorkshire to service it. Can anyone help please?

We are delighted with our new burner. Installation and commissioning all done efficiently.

ENGINEER MADE A GOOD TIDY JOB OF FITTING OUR NEW BOILER WHICH IS QUIETER THAN OUR PREVIOUS MODEL AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH IT.

Most of the 5-star reviews are new installations. I would have given ours 5 stars after 2 years. We had a slow leak in the system that got worse over the last 5 years. Engineer finally found the Combination Stainless Steel secondary heat exchanger had a crack on the weld. 7 years and a major component fail. Never mind all the poorly designed washers failing too! Warmflow blamed the expansion tank which has been checked EVERY year during servicing. Our local engineer was offended by their comments. Don’t waste your money……. BTW they did NOT honor the 10 year warrenty.

Being a engineer for 30 years most of the boilers on the market dont seem to make the grade .. 10year Warranty lives up to expectations .. Other boiler manufactures look for excuses not to honor them .. Easy to service and maintain .. Old school oil boiler heavy grade steel .. great boiler you just want something that will last for your customer and cheap easy to service not like a lot of cheaper oil boilers on the market there cheap for a reason .. Fitting our first Warmflow this week and wanted to gather as much info beforehand as possible, the contact centre and the rep Mark have been easy to contact and really helpful from the start. Mark even came out to the job to go over a few things with the boiler and saved the day bringing a flue along with him for us after a last minute change. First class service all round

Warmflow are the worst quality boilers I’ve ever came across. Every year I experience a variety of failings.

I’m seriously considering a full boiler replacement to remove the problem boiler. The amount of breakdown maintenance required to keep the system working is not acceptable.

I highly recommend you do not buy a Warmflow and invest a little more money on a better quality alternative.

My new heat only oil boiler (replacement for my old boiler which was 24yrs old ) arrived on the day expected and was professionally installed and commissioned after removing old unit first. We have now been using it for a couple of weeks and are very happy with its performance, and looking forward to saving money as it’s much more efficient than the old one.

When I bought my current house it came with a Warmflow Boiler which now has to be well over 25 years old and is still working perfectly. So upon renovating my father's house I chose the same, and couldn't be more please.

Great job, would recommend. Kept well informed, handled all the paperwork for us.

Boiler was fitted as planned. No problems with it and working well.

I've installed quite a few warmflow boilers now, including their internal and external oil combination & system boilers. If I've ever had a installation or commissioning query my calls have always been anserd promptly with great advise.

I've also installed the heat pump system designed by warmflow. Me and the customer are very impressed with how well it heats the property and how easy it is to use, the app that monitors the system is great. And again any time there has been a query I've been given excellent advise and support from start to finish. I have four more heat pump installations booked in they will 100% be warmflow. Great experience all round!
