Installation done efficiently

The two plumbers who came to do the work were courteous, punctual, and worked very diligently and tidily. They wasted no time in getting the boiler installed.I would highly recommend them

New combi boiler

It appears well made and is very quiet. Obviously it’s summer so I’m not using the heating but on the hot water side it seems very efficient

We had a new ground source heat pump…

We had a new ground source heat pump installed and since installation it hasn't functioned correctly. The noise which is extremely loud through the pipes sounds like a toilet cistern constantly filling. Our old ground source heat pump, whilst almost 20yrs old never made any such noises. The plumber is scheduled to return for a 2nd time after initial commissioning.

Good afternoon and thanks for the feedback even though it's not as good as we would have liked.
Comparing copper and stainless steel cylinders can be difficult as they're made of different materials and the pricing is significantly different as well (copper bring a lot more expensive than stainless steel). The type of system installed and a lot of other factors can contribute to performance. However, there should be no difference in the temperature of the water as the cylinder will heat the water to whatever temperature you want. What I would suggest is that you turn up the thermostat on the cylinder as this will control the temperature of the water. If you need help doing this please call into the support team on 02892 621515 and one of the team will be only to happy to help you.

Local merchant delivered Warmflow Pro…

Local merchant delivered Warmflow Pro combi to site last Thursday. The merchants driver hadn't lashed the boiler down, it fell over and obviously caused extensive damage to the internals of the boiler. Informed local Warmflow rep. and I was told within 1 hour that a replacement unit was allocated for delivery to me on the Monday, which it was, less damge. Cannot thank Warmflow enough for the prompt response and support I recieved. Thanks again.

I have been fitting Warmflow boilers for many years and can vouch for the quality of the products and their reliability. They also have a fantastic customer service team and are eager to help should a problem arise.

Good job, could do with a service.

Moved house 4 months ago and inherited a Warmflow boiler, so far so good. Have noticed a bit of a rattling sound lately but not sure who to contact locally about servicing in the Derry/Strabane area.

The boiler operates very well!

The boiler seems to be running very well certainly the radiators and the hot water are hot it has been a great replacement for the old boiler.

Warmflow in Northern Ireland gives a Guarantee of 12 MONTHS ONLY in NI , If you require longer you MUST PAY for it , Were in GREAT BRITON they get a 24 MONTH Guarantee , DISCRIMINATION by Warmflow, and their new flue is not to any standerd as wind blows back through the flue and fills the home with fumes . So made in NI (?) Robbery and DISCRIMINATION of NI COMMUNITY. NOT OF ANY VALUE .

Good morning. I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the warranty that we offer on our boilers. The warranty in Northern Ireland and GB have always been different and is market driven but also the same as offered by all of our competitors in GB & Northern Ireland as well.
All of our boilers are made in Northern Ireland at our factory in Lisburn using only the highest quality materials. In terms of the flue, if the fumes are blowing back into the house then I would strongly recommend that you get an installer to visit your appliance as it sounds as though it has either not been fitted correctly or requires a plume management kit to help remove the plume/ fumes from the building and away from the house.

I've had a warmflow air source heat pump for just over 2 years

I've had a warmflow air source heat pump for just over two years and the installers still haven't got to work in a totally reliable manner. It doesn't reliably respond to its programmed on/off timer settings and it's second touch pad controller is becoming reliable.

During the recent cold spell I had to set my alarm clock to 5.00am so that I could check that the pump had come on to warm the house - half the time it had not.

When it does come on it's a 50/50 chance that it doesn't turn off when it's set to do.

Not impressed.

However, this week, actually on 3rd Feb. 2025, the control panel has been replaced for the second time (making three panels in total) and I'll see if this has solved the problem

Sorry to hear the experience of your Warmflow Zeno air source hasn’t been as expected. As you know we are only a manufacturer and seller of heat pumps and the engineer who will have installed your heat pump and is responsible for the installation will have been contracted by yourself and not Warmflow.

However, that said, we are keen to understand what difficulties you are experiencing to see if there is anything we can do to assist your installer in rectifying the issues you appear to be having and to understand whether they are indeed product related or installation related.

Additionally, we only supply a single controller with our heat pump so it would be good to understand what additional controls have been purchased and added to our heat pump.
If you send your name, number, address and a photo of the serial number (found on the side of the unit) as well as the name and number of the installation engineer you commissioned to fit your heat pump to support@warmflow.co.uk we will get in touch with your installer to see how we can help.

Getting spares are a nightmare

Getting spares are a nightmare, they list spares on the part lists that have nothing to do with the boiler in question they even tell you your wrong, but then when you send them a picture something must switch the brain into gear
