For me the whole process from beginning to end was brilliant. The scheme is there to help people have a more efficient and warmer home and that is exactly what it has done for me. There was no cost at all for me to pay as it is a B Government backed scheme. I would recommend it to anybody who meets the criteria. Thank you one and all.

The whole thing went well and was completed in 2 months. Mitch and his team were all really nice to have around, prompt, hard working and good quality of work. No complaints at all. They helped move and replace items of furniture, rails etc, sorted the rubbish and generally took great care.
I'm v pleased with my new boiler and the look of the internal wall insulation, waiting for the plaster to dry for painting. It didn't make the rooms smaller, as I feared.
Overall brilliant and awaiting the cold weather!!
Would recommend to anyone.

It's interesting to hear all these good reviews, when sadly, mine has been the opposite... Their lack of customer service to me, is a total contradiction to the other comments on here.
In short, I've just had to look elsewhere, given my attempts to chase / motivate them to get the job done..
We recently had major energy saving measures installed by Warma UK. The team at Warma UK were fantastic to deal with. From the very start and initial enquiries, right through to the installation any concerns or questions we had were promptly dealt with by extremely helpful team. Would not hesitate in recommending this excellent company.

Warma Uk are an excellent company both head office and site fitters were both helpful and efficient.
After the office had organised the contractual side of the project including delivery of goods to site ontime, The first onsite fitters did an excellent job of fitting the air source heat pump after removing old boiler,then cleared all the debris. They were followed by solar panel fitters who also had the same friendly and clean work practices. Many thanks to Emma & Jack for all your work at head office.

Over the moon to get a grant towards central heating, it was fitted within 2 days which I was surprised at. Will now be warm over winter, no more freezing cold house,

i applied for a eco grant 2023 with a local company in slough where i live they done a survey and a few days later phoned me up to say eco grant was approved and they will be in touch a few weeks went by no phone call so i rang up local eco company to get no answer to phone calls or text messages i did not give up i tried another eco company again they done a survey and said grant was approved and again weeks went by no phone call so i phoned them up again to find out they cant get grant due to my postcode ?
i virtually gave up until a few days later a WARMAUK leaflet came thru my letter box saying free loft insulation solar panels and storage heaters i was impressed by their leaflet so rang them up i spoke to a young man who took my details and i sent him a few documents and next thing i know i have been approved grant but unlike the other 2 eco grant companies the next day a WARMAUK customer service phoned me and asked how soon do you want loft insulation done and can i sign a form for solar panels it was so easy the loft insulation man turned up insulated loft the following week scaffolders turned up put up scaffolding then next day the solar panel engineers turned up and installed the solar panels the next day electricans turned up to install cable and connect solar panels and install new electric storage heaters
i was very happy with the speed they did work then only a few days after 2 builders turned up to insulate my flat roof ... so now i have loft insulation storage heaters solar panels which actually work and i give back £4 a day back to the national grid so over 100 sunny days a year i save £400 i even recived email and a phone call a few days later from their customer service team asking me if i was happy with the solar panels heaters etc and was i happy with their workers so i have to say i highly recommend Warmauk and good old fashioned customer service

Good communication, prompt service, crew arrived at agreed time, worked hard, were polite, did a good job in a seventy year old house with concrete floors downstairs. When they left, they tidied up and took away all the leftover bits and packaging materials etc

We had room in roof insulation, solar panels, an air source heat pump and central heating (i.e radiators) fitted.
Although the job was big and disruptive Warma and the fitters were fantastic. Each stage of the job was carried out quickly with little mess, and the service was really friendly.
We are very happy with the results and I’d recommend them.

Excellent Service. Warma Uk have just installed Solar panels with battery back up, an airsource heat pump, new radiators and all new plumbing to the radiators.
The plumbers George and Harry worked from 8.30am to after 9pm everyday and they were here for 4 full days. The electrician Justin, also did a great job.
Our electric use has already gone down dramatically, from about 19kwh per day to about 5kwh per day. We don't have the heating on yet, but taking into account we now won't have a gas bill, I estimate our utility costs will go down from about £300 per month to under £100 per month.

We have just had solar panels and upgraded storage heaters installed by Warma UK under the government grant scheme. The staff have been polite and helpful from the beginning and timescales were communicated accurately. We had a few queries after the initial proposals were sent to us but these were dealt with efficiently. The installation of both (solar and heaters) were completed in just one day, although we do only have a small bungalow. The solar panels are working and all the heaters were tested but we cannot vouch for them yet as it is too warm to use them at this time. Overall we have had a positive experience and we hope to save quite a bit on our energy bills thanks to the scheme.

Absolutely shocking communication after the first phone call gareth was fab couldn't help enough requested a doctors letter to be able to for forward I got that emailed him nothing back phone multiple times only to be fobbed off saying that I'll get a call back still no call back so I phoned got though to somone else. Things started to sound promising. Time was getting on so he said he would call me thw next morning and then guess what no phone call at 9.30 as promised. I've emailed I've had nothing back. All I wanted was the help make my home more suitable heating source for my disabled daughter! The customer service Absolutely sucks! Furious is an understatement. Also like to add the fact that the company is happy to comment on all the good reviews on her and also AGAIN ignore all the negative reviews!
