Kevin who fitted the loft insulation and Steven and David who installed Radiators and boiler did a great job. They were all very helpful and friendly and worked to a high standards including cleaning up after themselves. Just waiting and looking forward to our wall insulation and completion of job by Warma homes

Thanks to the lads for the quick efficient and tidy job insulating our loft this week in workington. Really pleased with the work carried out.

Terrible aftercare, use subcons for the scaffolding and no sign of them coming back to take it down. Warma can't even tell us when they will be back to take it down and fix the damage caused to fences etc.

I've had an awful experience with warma uk. My intital contact was good. Arranged a surveyor, surveyor came, then nothing. All emails ingorned to the person I had felt with. To the main info email. Then a month later someone else got in touch, emailed me, whattap'd me and rang and rang non stop! After offering me everything for free, within a few hours I had to pay, wouldn't tell me how much, to 24 hours later, completely ignoring my emails. Its now been 2 weeks I have sent 3 emails asking for a response and nothing!!!
The final person I spoke to was rude, and ignorant. He sent email after email before I had responded, then wouldn't answer any of my questions, and finally in the end ignored me completely!

Warma UK just completed installation of a heat pump and solar panel system under the ECO4 scheme. Following the application process, the selection of the right solution for my old Victorian flat took several months involving several technical and structural surveys. Communication was very good throughout and helped me to overcome my concerns about this 'new' technology.

The installation process took 4 days and involved overcoming some structural challenges to ensure the system was installed correctly. Dave, Stephen & Justin from Warma UK installed the Heat Pump system including new radiators and they were extremely professional and helpful throughout and displayed a thoroughness that was very reassuring. 2 days after installation Dave and Stephen returned to ensure the system was working correctly and to make final adjustments.

The solar panel team - Ellis, Jake & Neil - were also very professional, helpful and thorough. Installation and cabling took 2 days and the electrician arrived on Day 3 to complete the connection.

In my experience, service delivery does not always match expectations. I am very pleased to say that in this case Warma UK exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering upgrading their heating system.

Our experience with Warmer UK has been nothing short of excellent from the outset. Their communications have been exemplary and the whole approach was extremely professional. The installation team were courteous and nothing was to much trouble with the work being completed on schedule.
What makes it a little more special is that we worked with Warmer UK on behalf of my Aunt, who lives 260 miles away from us and their help and guidance in bringing the install to fruition was amazing. Our Aunt is a very happy to finally have a heating system and even her friend who went to help clean up afterwards, expecting the worst, was amazed how tidy everything had been left.

Unfortunately there is not enough space here to name everyone personally but a big thanks to the entire team!

From start to finish the process was smooth, any questions before installation was answered with reassurance..
scaffolding went up quickly pleasantly surprised, friendly scaffolder’s..
The solar guys turned up on time stated and was installed in a couple of hours.. also helpful with any questions I asked, finally the installation of the storage heaters , once again the fitters were friendly, answered all my questions.. they didn’t stop until everything was completely finished all in one day as not to run into day 2 .. I did help them with the clean up process rather than simply watching as they had worked hard.. they also took all the rubbish which I didn’t expect..

I highly recommend Warma Uk for their excellent service and expertise. I can't speak highly enough of Annabelle and her entire team. Not only were they knowledgeable and efficient, but they also took the time to address all our questions and concerns. Their service quality was consistently outstanding and they went above and beyond to ensure we keep warm cost effectively.

The installers and surveyors are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It takes a few weeks for the paperwork to go through but as soon as it did appointments were made to suit and we are really pleased with the work done. We were amazed we could have a new boiler and cavity wall insulation with no charge with such good service.

Great team of fitters all worked together to get things done and to accommodate our expectations
Office staff kept in touch to make sure we were informed of what was happening and making sure we were happy with how things were progressing

The service was excellent cannot thank this company enough we have had a new heating system, loft insulation and solar panels fitted. This is going to make a big difference to us this winter and all done under the government scheme which was all done free of charge. The quality of work was 1st class all done by a friendly team that were polite hard working and left the jobs clean and tidy even down to the scaffolders. Cannot speak highly enough of this company would recommend to anyone thinking of having this work done 🌟👏👏👏
