I recently contacted customer services…

I recently contacted customer services via Apple messages regarding a refund that hadn’t been processed. The first contact, Mary Jane, explained that I needed to wait 15 days from the date I posted my parcel for my parcel to arrive at their warehouse and gave me a date from which I should hear about my refund. As that date passed with no update I contacted customer services again via Apple messages and Mary Rose again responded very quickly and has processed my refund and apologised for the delay. Both times I contacted Warehouse I received prompt replies and was given a clear answer as to what was happening. I can’t fault the customer service at all!

It costs £7 to order and return an item. I ordered x2 cardigans - when they arrived they looked nothing like the photo. They were MASSIVE for their size and really itchy material. I’ll honestly never bother ordering again.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Shame on you.

Absolutely appalling customer service! Ordered a very expensive coat in size 12 they took ages to deliver it & they sent me a 14.. clearly deliberate as the 12 is now out of stock! Absolutely devastated.. asked them on their chat what they were going to do & explained my frustrations & didnt even acknowledge their faults just sent me a link for a refund! I didn't ask for a refund i want an explanation & i want the correct size! Don't sell coat for £560 & then treat customers like crap Better service in primark! You've intentionally sold a bigger size then didn't have the decency to apologise for it. Disgusting will never shop with WAREHOUSE again.

I am sorry to hear that you received the wrong size in the item you purchased, I can assure you that we will never intentionally send an incorrect item or size. If the item purchased is out of stock when we come to pack the order we will notify you of this and issue an immediate refund.

As you received an incorrect size this is most likely due to the fact that the item is labelled incorrectly and for this I apologise.

As the item you would like is now out of stock we are unable to have this sent to you and so we have send you the return portal link to make your return of the incorrect item.

Great help with returns!

I had difficulty logging on and creating a return for my items. Jenny was super helpful and helped me to organise a label and even text it to me. Made life so much easier and will definitely shop at Warehouse again: thank you Jenny!

I made contact to chase up a return/refund and found the advisor (Carlos) to be polite and efficient He sorted my query quickly and without any fuss. Really good customer service.

Don’t forget the basics!

Warehouse sell some lovely things however I recently placed an order of 2 dresses and received the wrong item for 1 of them. I sent them both back highlighting that the wrong item was sent and originally only got refunded for the item that was correctly sent.

The saving grace is that when I contacted customer service Louraine has reassured me that the other refund will now be processed. Whilst I’m grateful she was able to put this right, it could have been so easily avoided and you may have made a sale if the right item was sent originally.

Logging the return on the portal as the incorrect item doesn't automatically process a refund upon receipt.

Received an email to say I had been…

Received an email to say I had been refunded for items returned. However, two items weren’t refunded. Contacted the help centre via apple soo and the very helpful Josephine helped me and refunded the rest.
