Lovely a respectful service from Unbreen who advised of an immediate replacement with next day delivery. Important to note that I had exceeded the 28 days refund/return policy as did not have a chance to wear the dress until nearly 2 months after purchase, however a swift and accommodating service who recognised the item was faulty upon wearing it just once. Thank you Warehouse for a super response, service and customer care.

I had returned an item, which got lost on the way back to Warehouse. Upon contacting Warehouse about this, an employee (Catherine) got back to me promptly and processed the refund immediately. I was expecting this to be a long process so was very pleased that it was swift and hassle-free. Thank you!

Worst coat I bought ever.
I bought a coat 139 pounds thinking it will worth it. After 4 months of using it, it is only good to throw in the bin. I cannot even give it to charity. The quality is soo poor unbelievable, I never experienced this before.
My recommendation: TO AVOID

Only worn twice !!
No replacement or refund will be offered
So if you are purchasing any clothing
Beware that the quality is weak and will only last a year if you are lucky .
I wish I knew this before buying this item

Great customer service experience contacted them through Apple messages about some issues with my returns not being refunded properly. Sahel got back to me within 15 minutes and sorted my problem out immediately - fantastic customer service which more retailers were like this!

My ‘next day’ order went completely missing for ten days and turned up way later than I needed it. I then still had to pay extra for the return! Customer service awful.

Issue rectified swiftly

I had an issue with a return not being processed so I sent a txt and got a reply within seconds to say I was in a queue then I got response from agent Mary Grace saying she had found my return and had refunded back to account and would reflect on my Klarna account by next day

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, item was faulty and they refunded immediately and told me to donate to charity rather than go to landfill which I really thought was brilliant to consider sustainably. Nico was a very friendly advisor and I will most certainly shop again

Returned an item as it didn't fit and the courier lost it.
I emailed about the situation and warehouse processed a refund straight away, no dramas at all. No waiting around for the claim to be made against courier. Micheal handled my query quickly and politely, processing the refund immediately. Thank you Micheal ⭐
