My uncle had paid for his funeral at the coop when he sadly passed away in February went to the coop to sort everything out the service was terrible so cancelled it went to A&A Walter’s and Karen was amazing couldn’t ask for better service nothing was to much would definitely recommend

The service provided by Stacy and all at AA Walters was excellent. They were so caring and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They took care of my partner Lee Glaister from the moment they picked him up till the day of the funeral. I felt peace knowing he was being taken care of so well. Everything on the day of the funeral ran smoothly and Dave was lovely and took great care of us on the day. We visited our loved one in the Chapel of rest a few times and on the first visit Lee's hair wasn't quite right and Tony said he'd sort it for us and would take very good care of him. When we went the second time his hair was redone as promised. I cannot thank or recommend AA Walters enough and whilst I hope we don't have to use their services again for a long time they will definitely be the funeral directors I use.

We have had a previous experience with A&A Walter’s before, when we sadly lost our dad, John Davies in 2021. We couldn’t fault the service we received from them, very professional and attentive to your needs.

In February, we had the sudden death of our youngest brother Graham, so had no hesitation in contacting them again for their service.

Karen Newey handled everything for us this time, and I can’t thank her enough for the kind and caring way she dealt with us.

I would highly recommend A & A Walters Funeral Directors. They were excellent throughout the whole process. Stacy was both informative and supportive through the planning and no request or question was too big or too small. There was attention to detail and was also transparent when it came to costs. Our father was well looked after and the arrangements for viewing in the chapel of rest were done sensitively and respectfully. On the day of the funeral, everything was organised and carried out to the highest standard and funeral conductor, drivers and pallbearers were all amazing.

I have only two words, ‘Absolutely Faultless’, from start to finish their service and sensitivity was exemplary. The funeral arranger Karen Newey was so helpful and made the process easy at such a difficult time for me in that I had lost my Mother, Pamela Margaret Powell. Thank you xx

A&A Walter’s had been used by our families previously and once again they did not disappoint.

Our Funeral Arranger Karen Newey was absolutely brilliant, her compassion and guidance made organising the funeral very simple and the care and respect shown by the staff on the day of the funeral was second to none.

We would also like to thank Rachel Hodges for her help and support in making the process of arranging a Golden Charter prepaid funeral plan so easy.

Following the sudden demise of our mother/mother in law Doreen Cartwright who sadly passed away enroute to her Christmas vacation. We contacted A&A Walter’s who sorted everything out for us as promptly as they could bearing that this happened over the Christmas and new years holiday

My Dad was taken with much respect and dignity and we were kept informed of everything throughout. We were given time to visit him and they handled it all with such compassion. The service was perfect with my mum and family looked after. The ashes were stored until we got our own box and transferred. Everyone was so approachable and caring.

During one of the worst times you can experience it was so comforting to have such a kind and sympathetic company as well as being so professional at the same time. I cannot thank Stacy Nuttall at A&A Walters enough for arranging my Nan, Joan Flavell’s funeral and i can honestly not put into words how Stacy helped and guided myself and my family through such a devastating time for us. Stacy is a credit to A&A Walters and I would recommend Stacy and A&A Walters to anyone going through a bereavement.

I'm so greatful of the awesome, patient, caring service received by us the family of the late Ms Fearon. I especially want to thank Stacy who supported us through the process step by step, taking time never rushing giving advice words of comfort and guidance from our first meeting. All the staff that were involved Phil while our meeting was brief your kind words and ability to make me laugh when it seemed like it would have been impossible to even smile again.
