Met de aankoopscan en het biedadvies krijg je een goed inzicht in de waarde van de woning en wat je ongeveer moet bieden om de woning aan te kopen. Op dit platform kon je tot voorheen gratis allerlei leuke woningmarkt data vinden. Sinds kort is de meest interessante data achter een betaalmuur gekomen. Prima om iets van een vergoeding te vragen, maar 29 euro per maand?? Dat is echt geen normale prijs voor wat data. Dan haak ik als consument die dit platform gebruikte om buurtontwikkelingen te volgen af. Jammer.
