We gingen professioneel gelijksoortige appartementen langs met Paco en op basis daarvan "reëel waarde" bepaald. 0 euro verschil met taxatiewaarde door taxateur, daardoor alles vanuit hypotheek kunnen betalen en niks vanuit spaarpot. Geweldig.

We tried buying a house without makelaar and was really worried as we read online we usually need makelaaar to have better understanding of the neighborhood and what's the valuation on the house. But using the property report and doing the desktop valuation with their help from the webinar they provide really help us made the winning bid.

The makelaar service provided by Walter Living was amazing, from the moment we first contacted them to the moment (spoiler alert) we go the keys to our first home!

I think for us, the most important thing is that we felt they we always on our side. They persued our financial advisor who did not want to move a finger with helping us to remove financial clause with "offer with certainty". They were really smart with making an offer that sellers could not refuse (I think we would have overpaid at least 20K without them). And even after that, got a discount on top of it! And they really went beyond any expectations when we needed to make some changes last moment with our fiancial advisor get a better mortgage deal though it.

Simly put, without them, we would not be happy house owners today.

We really felt treated like we were thieir most important client. Keep the great job, and, please, don't loose this top quality, energy and pace!

P.S. Being software developer my self, I also loved their web app as product. It's very neat, easy to use and just pleasant to your eyes. Keep good work their as well!

Voor de aankoop van onze woning had ik geen idee wat een goed bod zou zijn. In een sessie van 40 minuten heeft Hester ons enorm geholpen. Ze liet live zien hoe zij de waarde van de woning bepaalt en schetste verschillende scenario’s met mogelijke biedstrategieën.
