The time from ordering to receive was quicker than I thought with in a week
flavour was better than expected and the options to have a choice in strength with a nice surprise

Did alright, but sent me an email after i placed an order saying I can get a free vape for ordering over a $100, after I ordered

the delivery was fine and quick. however, I was given a promo code for an extra waka when I signed up, however, it never came. I enquired with the costumer service but no replies.
It’s quite smart actually that they give the option for an extra vape or no shipping fees, knowing that almost everyone would go for the vape and pay those extra $10. win win hey!

I paid express post yet it came 3x business days later and over the weekend, if i paid for standard post, it probably wouldve come at the same time. I bought it Wednesday morning, did not receive till Monday afternoon. Aus post Shipping details showed tracking details 36-48 hrs after order, seems like order was not processed 24hrs later eventhough i have received confirmation email a lot earlier. I could have spent the $15 express post on another item to get my order for free shipping and receive it at the same time. (I had a different online purchase for fertiliser after my waka purchase and fertiliser came before waka order and only paid standard post)

Also after i placed my order, i found other deals on the website, however "deals" didnt make sense. I bought items individually for a total of $75 yet the same items in a combo deal was for $90, not sure if i missed anything but did not make sense.

Items were as expected.

Great company,easy to navigate web site and super quick to respond ,fast postage have already ordered again ,

Did not receive package and no customer service whatsoever to assist with dealing with courier company who were most unhelpful.

I am still waiting to be refunded my money.

I was looking forward to trying the 10000 puff Waka but unfortunately it didn't transpire :(

I ordered waka smash because you said (ad.) if you buy 4 ,will get 5. But only 4 came.

I don't like that you sent the parcel by Australia Post, which is known as dropping your parcels at the post office. Before when I was shopping Relx products, they were all delivered by DHL. They can deliver to my home straight away.
