Ordered 5 vapes and they got delivered to Australia with no issues. One flavour was out of stock so Sophia quickly got in contact and replaced one of them with a flavour to my choice. Great service and will be ordering many in the future.

They are always super quick to respond via WhatsApp and keep you informed about order status the whole way. Even when i've had an error on my part, they are quick to correct it. Highly recommend!

Prices soared up by nearly 50%. For a company that is shipping from CHINA, they have extremely greedy prices. Better off ordering off an Aussie websites for better value. Up to 6 weeks shipping from China and RISK A SEIZURE from customs yet they’re only MAYBE a couple bucks cheaper than Aus sites? Ridiculous. For certain brands it’s actually cheaper to get from Aus sites. Nothing but pure greed. Lost a customer. It’s about the principle. Don’t pretend like you care about your customers. Even their websites makes it look like they’re shipping from Aus to make their pricing make sense and hide their greed

I have to give my review based on the experience from the moment I chose to become a customer. First of communication was to my level of standards, So bravo!
I incurred a 3.5% on top of my payment the next day of the total bill. I don't care if it's $1 or $75 Million Dollars it's the principal.
The Pricing was higher what I have been purchasing from other vendors prior, but Due to the sudden Liquidation of My Private and Personal Life, “Cost of Living” Pressures, Everything Inflated over night! Discrimination at its finest.. Postage and Handling. it was Packaged securely and efficiently Thank You, However just like the Liquidation of My Private & Personal Life, Cost of Living Pressures, My Item arrived later than expected! This is not Blaming or disparaging - This is my observation & I'm being Direct! Customer Service was Fantastic - The Service was Conducted Professionally.. I felt like a 3rd Party did what they could intentionally and deliberately to bring Shame and Stain the Name and Brand of this Business from a Dedicated and Potential Loyal Customer like Me.. I am Not a Hard Person to Please especially when My Bank account now is in the rears Minus -$47. How do you Please a Gentleman with Negative -$47 in his bank account?
