We got a competitive quote for a herringbone Amtico floor, from Style-Showrom. We placed the order with Celine - she was helpful, advising on how many boxes/square metres we would need etc.; and the ordering process was pretty seamless.
Unfortunately, the original estimated lead time of 3 weeks got extended, which caused a problem for us, so Kaiser took the matter on personally, looking into several other options for us. He really went the extra mile to come up with a solution, including taking phone calls from us outside of normal work hours.

Even the most well laid plans can go wrong, and its those times when you, as a customer hold your breath to see how good the customer service is.

Thankfully I can say that Style-showroom resolved the issue well, to our full satisfaction.

Just want to give a bit of balance to the previous reviews. I ordered my floor exactly a month ago it was one of the best prices on the internet and I was happy they had a shop as a selling base. I didn’t read the trust pilot reviews until I had placed the order so was concerned if the product would arrive.
Because of the reviews I chased the order constantly Céline and Sarah must have been sick of my emails. But I received a response to every email within 24hrs. The product arrived today as agreed, I am just sorry I cannot give 5 stars as there was a short delay in delivery. Thank you for the great communication and fulfilling your promise.

We was initially delayed with the flooring due to originally being sold flooring that was no longer available this delayed us by a few weeks but the team was very attentive to us after this and managed to get a different style for us and compensated us with some additional flooring for the hassle of the delay. Overall a good service and a great product

This company is unable to fulfil orders yet do not communicate that to customers, instead keep promising delivery whilst failing to return calls or emails. Finally, a month after ordering my Karndean, I cancelled the order and was promised a refund within 10 working days...you guessed it, same again - keep promising, still no refund. Despite communication with the sole director, still, nothing - all talk, no action ! Finally issued legal proceedings against them and more promises but still no payment !!

Scammers! Where is my refund for the order I cancelled back in February?? I am taking further action against this joke of a company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Just received my Amtico flooring, love the colour! Can’t wait to order some Ca’Pietra tiles :)

Thank you, I received my Karndean flooring. It looks lovely! I’m very happy with the choice, the only minor criticism is the courier wasn’t the most friendly chappy.

Avoid , awful experience
Ordered Karndean floor on 22nd Feb 2024 and not received till today, keep saying they are waiting for factory.
I had to order the same floor from local shop in order to complete project, ordered on Monday and delivery tomorrow

I used Styleshowroom for a domestic flooring project (Karndean). The flooring was very competitively priced, and although there was a slight delay from the suppliers, I was kept updated on the status and they did everything they could to get the flooring to me as quickly as possible.

Kaz and his team were extremely helpful when placing my order. They provided samples and quick responses when I needed it. I would highly recommend them for any commercial flooring project.

Order placed, best available price on the market and although the delivery was slightly delayed order completed well ahead of requirements and delays were down to the manufacturer.

TOTALLY Agree with all the reviews feel I’ve been so gullible believing their lies.

Amazing these people can sleep at night and everyone who works for them.
I hope it was worth it for the money.

This company have just set up a new website after letting hundreds of people down on orders they promise to deliver and just use excuses after excuses avoid and if you do take a chance pay by credit card for protection would not ever use these people again
