Bad service ..late service.at Gatwick airport. long wait while not many people in the place. Then brings the wrong order.. no apology. Dish was badly prepared as well. Going down hill I guess .

We had such a lovely experience at Wagamama’s, and it was all thanks to our waitress Karen. She honestly has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
This is the second time she’s served us and she always goes above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble, she’s incredibly polite, helpful, and has a brilliant sense of humour too. She really makes the whole experience enjoyable.
Karen is an absolute credit to the team at Wagamama’s – we hope you realise what a gem you have! Thank you for looking after us so well

Went to Wagamama's York City Centre…
Went to Wagamama's York City Centre this evening with my partner. We ordered. My partners food arrived which she enjoyed. My meal never came! The staff (Charlotte ) were so poor they didn't even apologise. I've now had two bad experiences at Wagamama's but as a person with plenty of disposable income who enjoys eating out I can definitely say I'll never visit this chain again!

Well looking at the reviews I must have dropped really lucky, I visited the East Midlands branch at the Outlet, loved the food and the staff were amazing, I shall certainly be visiting again despite the 50 minute journey, thank you to all for my first try at your restaurant ☺️
Cold plates served
I was disappointed that the plates were served therefore the food also was cold within a few minutes. The meal cost £100 for 4 people for our granddaughters birthday celebration. Manager not really bothered.

My sister and I drove 100 miles to see our Mum retire ( at 77 !!) We took her to Wagamama in Hatfield Galleria.
To say it was beyond anything I have ever come across is an understatement.
We received such hostility , aggression and intimidation from the 2 managers. Staff were amusing them by slamming cutlery on the table. They were talking about us so we could hear. Our meals were just slammed down half on the paper mat.
When I asked to talk to the manager , she said she will have to see what the staff say about it ,implying we were lying. If you do have cameras , please watch them. It ruined a special day.

My first visit for about ten years.I wasn't impressed.It used to be much better.
I believe that the group has changed ownership since then.I asked if they use MSG (monosodium glutimate)
and was given a vague "cop-out" answer from server when I asked.She said she didn't know if any of their suppliers use it.I don't know how this could be legal in this day of allergic dangers.
The food wasn't as good as I remembered it.
The noodles were overcooked and soup and sauces just Luke warm.
I react to MSG.so I can tell that its in the dishes.
I wont return.
Wagamama Colchester
Wagamama Colchester, this is now our 5th visit here and will be back. It's not just because of the food (which is brilliant btw) it's because of the staff. These are all brilliant people especially Raf!
It is not perfect but it is better than most - Riverside Norwich
We are vegans and we like good fresh food, ideally non-ultra-processed and not taken from a freezer and heated.
My wife ordered pulled shiitake byod, but we found out the 'pulled shiitake' is from the freezer and reheated. If Wagamamas is going to heat frozen food, they should at least inform the customer.
We also found the service disappointing, and we had to keep asking the staff for service as they were more interested in chatting to each other than checking on the customers.
When we have interacted with staff, they have been helpful and tried to ensure our dining experience is enjoyable.
We saw a few problems at the restaurant; it is not perfect, but it is better than most.
Terrible service at wagamamas clink street
All the food ordered was very tasty but I am disappointed with the service and personality of one member of staff. There was no sign or member of staff at front to say " Please wait for here for service " so as there were plenty of seats, both inside and out, we sat down outside. A member of staff came over and told us we shouldn't have done that. We all felt as if we were being told off by a teacher! Food came before drinks were served and it was just put on the the table in silence. Normally at a restaurant, the waiter/waitress would say what the food was and ask who ordered it but not here! All our food was also served at different times. Once we had all finished, we weren't asked if we wanted desserts or anything else. Instead, the bill was just provided. This felt like the waitress just wanted us out asap. I honestly don't think I'll be going here again.
Do not visit Wagamama’s Bedford
Shocking experience at Wagamama’s Bedford.
We got there it wasn’t busy there were 4 other customers eating. We were ignored by the waitresses and waited 20 minutes to be seen the poor chef had to come and tell us to take a seat because the waitresses were ignoring us.
We were then waiting for menus for over 10 minutes so we just got up and got the menus ourselves. While all this was happening the 3 waitresses were having a conversation for ages instead of taking food orders. When we ordered our puddings they sat on the side of the counter for about 10 minutes and the waitress saw they were there but carried on having a conversation with another waitress. When we finally got our puddings they were melted and soggy. We also ordered drinks which they forgot. If they were busy it would be totally explainable but the fact there was only 4 other people and 3 waitresses in there is shocking.
Wagamamas is too expensive for shocking service.
Absolute rubbish...
I've placed an order for collection at 20.40. After arriving at the restaurant to collect my order is not even on the system and I am now waiting for a rush order to be cooked, on my wifes birthday. Also the staff have offered me no hospitality for the inconvenience. Shocking!

Clink Street London. Been there a few times in the Saturday busiest times. Always polite always friendly always good food. Especially when you have 2 little grandchildren to feed. What more can you want

This place is amazing,the smoothies are delectable and the atnosphere is terrific,the food is excellent I would recommend the teriyaki soba and also the employees are really kind, would definitely come again
