Cryotherapy treatment
I went to VSM pharmacy for a cryotherapy treatment, the staff were friendly, the pharmacist who treated me was very helpful & efficient, she explained the procedure to me & told me what to expect during & after treatment , she also had a relaxed & humorous manner which made the experience quite enjoyable! Would definitely recommend!

I had gone quite deaf quickly due to ear wax buildup. Set up appointment for the next day, received acknowledgement and reminder. Very professional assessment and then action completed successfully, Advice provided.
