It was good that this company checks thoroughly the information required to ensure that it is safe to take medication. The medicine came in insulated packaging and arrived promptly after placing an order.

Don't believe the 'offers' - just scams

Following my initial review, The Care Pharmacy made contact and provided a working discount code, together with a request that I remove my negative review.
Whilst I can understand the reason for requesting that I do this, unfortunately having placed and paid for an order using the discount code, The Care Pharmacy then failed to turn up for the pre-booked, and confirmed by them, video check in.
Despite me emailing, 10 minutes after the call was due to start, to ask why the video consultation call hadn't happened, I received no response.
If anyone from The Care Pharmacy is keeping an eye on the reviews on Trustpilot, I'd be very grateful of a full refund please, as you're evidently not capable of keeping to your commitments.

I used the Care Pharmacy just over a year ago for an order, before taking my follow up orders elsewhere.
Three days ago I received a "we miss you" email from The Care Pharmacy offering a £50 discount if I returned to using them.
When I received the email, it stated that the voucher code provided in the email had to be used within 7 days, however when I tried to place the order today, (well within the 7 day period), and use the code, the Care Pharmacy website stated that to such code existed.
Clearly The Care Pharmacy didn't miss my orders as much as they claimed they did!
It's a shame businesses don't recognise that scamming customers, just makes those customers go elsewhere.

First 2 orders no problem and ease of use last order was sent to my billing address ( which has tenants in ) and was left in a bin by the courier. Still trying to get a refund and prevent further pay in 3 money being taken. No resolution as of date ( over a month )

Hi Lisa, thank you for your feedback. We’ve looked into your most recent order and confirmed that it was dispatched to the billing/shipping address selected during checkout. While we understand how frustrating it is that the courier left the parcel in an insecure location, we must follow the delivery instructions provided at the time of purchase.
We have been in touch via email regarding this, and as agreed 7 days ago, we have initiated a formal claim with the courier on your behalf. As soon as the courier resolves this claim, we will be able to process your refund immediately. We appreciate your patience while we navigate this third-party investigation to get this resolved for you.
