Excellent service and support
I recently had the pleasure of meeting the VSDent team at the BDIA Dental Showcase and placing an order for an ultrasonic scaler. The entire experience was seamless and highly professional from start to finish.
I would particularly like to thank Sejal Kotak for her outstanding support. She was approachable, knowledgeable, and ensured that everything was handled efficiently, including clear communication, prompt follow-up, and a smooth ordering process.
Overall, a very positive experience, I would not hesitate to recommend VSDent and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Fantastic customer support with very fast response
I just wanted so say a big thank you to Sejal and Manali in customer services and also Danny and Matthew for technical support with my X-ray sensor. I am really very grateful to have received my new sensor so quickly and to have it up and running and also for the ongoing assistance with my old sensor.

Great Company and Excellent Staff!
I have been dealing with VSDent for some time now. Ever since I have needed any items for our Woodpecker Hygiene Centres, I have only ever contacted VSDent. Cannot fault them! Sejal has been excellent, and always goes way beyond her duty. Dentistry is stressful as it is. Why make it harder on yourself? I make it easier by only dealing with Sejal and VSDent!
