They keep sending me statements of money owed, even though I have paid. The admin team is not great.

The best company we have dealt with as a business. They go out of their way to help you and kindly loaned us a top of the range scaler whilst ours was in for a repair. The turnover time is always fast and Molly, Jamie and Tylan are all a pleasure to deal with.

I have used MC repairs over the years for purchasing equipment for our dental practice. The reason my experience has been so positive is that the service did not end at point of sale - the staff (my personal experience: Gary Keenan) have listened and responded immediately to any concerns of mine and responded in a very fair manner.

Andrew and the team at MC Repairs are always very efficient and informative.
If they cannot repair, they will give you the best possible price and also an explanation as to the reason why they cannot repair.
I would not use anyone else for our repairs, always a great service.

I have spoken with Molly Baldwin both on the phone and over email several times over the past few weeks with questions about dental equipment we would like to purchase. She has been so prompt to respond to any of my questions and extremely helpful and informative in finding us the best package for our needs. Absolutely mind blowing! Great customer service skills they simply cannot do enough for you. Saved me hundreds of pounds. Gary is a fab guy who goes the extra mile to help. I called to order a motor as a new customer, Gary gave incredible advice and directed me to the correct one.
Sadly it wasn’t in stock but Gary managed to organise a loan motor for a short time period directly with the manufacturer.
That level of service is highly unusual, especially as a new customer with no pre-existing relationship.
Highly impressed with Gary and will definitely be using MC again!
