A shout out to Swathi. I had bought a small instrument, low in value. It was faulty, I called the customer care and Swathi responded immediately and followed it up till I got a replacement. Customer service is something, which builds trust and speaks volumes of the ethics of the business.

Have ordered sundry items and small equipment from VS Dent frequently. Consistently good service, selection of quality items and prices. I had to return some items recently due to an ordering error on my part. The process was dealt with the utmost courtesy and efficiency by Manali from the Sales Team enabling a prompt exchange. I'd like to thank Danny at VS Dent for his excellent service. He arranged for us to trial an AP-A AirPolish machine, which gave us the confidence to move forward and place an order for the same unit.

VSDent : Reliable, Hassle-Free Dental Supplier with Excellent Customer Service
VSDent is a great company for dental equipment. I have purchased various items from them, ranging from handpieces to digital X-ray sensors, and they have been excellent throughout.
They also offer price matching, so if you find the same item cheaper elsewhere, they are happy to match the price. Delivery is usually within 1–2 days, and their customer service is outstanding. Danny from customer care has been especially helpful and always looks after you if you need anything.
As a practice owner, this is exactly the kind of supplier you want to be working with : reliable, hassle-free, and stress-free.
