Honestly speaking, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Car had a few problems when I picked it up and was assured by salesman Jon that they would look after me……..how wrong was I, they sold me a rubbish warranty and then tried to use the warranty behind my back without my knowledge to repair the car’s issues that they said they would put right! Amazing how quick they turn from chirpy salesmen to not wanting to know after they have your money. Dragged their feet to get me over the 14 day cancellation period then said no money back. Eventually got half of the £499 I was charged and still issues with the car. If buying from these my advice would be to get a second opinion on the car.

Hi Jamie, as we are both aware this is very much "Half the story" the warranty was there to fix the minor issue you had with the vehicle, for some reason you were not happy that the warranty was paying out on the claim and rather expected us to pay for it directly. You had no right to a refund of the warranty as it had been used for a valid claim, in addition you had invalidated the warranty as you were using the car as a Taxi, despite this we refunded you 50% of the warranty cost as goodwill in an attempt to be fair, which you agreed you were happy with. I hope you enjoy your car, have no further issues, and wish you all the best.

Recently bought a car from Vortex, I couldn’t recommend enough, I was able to view the car without being watched or hassled. A very straightforward sale and a very pleasant salesman, thankyou Matt. I’m in love with my car!

Great guys to buy from very honest
Needed to buy a bigger car saw one at vortex cars phoned asked to view ,car was ready when we arrived,we liked the car great price and good part exchange deal on my Skoda,few jobs needed doing Steve said these would be done, before we collected it and as promised they were, no high pressure sales any questions we had were quickly answered Steve arranged the tax for us and all paperwork was present and correct ,if you want to buy a car I'd say go to Vortex a great team .

Trustworthy and helpful
I picked this garage as I was recommended it from a friend, non pushy for a female buying a car and genuine. John was a pleasure to deal with and knowledgeable on all aspects of cars. The car is stunning and came fully valeted when I picked it up. Aftercare has been great ( me ringing asking about how things work ) nothing too much trouble! Thank you!! Carolyn

Great service
I bought a car last month from Vortex cars, the service I experienced was excellent. I travelled from Northern Ireland which I thought was going to be a hassle at first but the staff went out of their way and collected me from the airport and made the whole experience very straight forward and hassle free. Also before travelling I was sent a detailed video of the car I was purchasing. Would recommend this company

Fabulous experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend using this used car dealership. Always feels daunting buying a used car, but I was immediately put at ease, i took the car for a test drive, noticed a couple of hairline scratches, that wasn’t an issue they took care of it by the collection date. I was offered extended warranty, but chose not to take it, now out of their warranty and I’ve had no issues. Finance options were discussed but I chose not to take this out as funding was already in place.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!! sold a bad car and they wouldn’t fix it, after spending £14k!! There warranty company is a joke, they stalled me until the warranty was out!! I’m returning the car and putting it in the owner Scott’s name!!
