For the third time my email and web DOWN!
For the third time my email and web server was down in the last 9 months.
Telephone tech support is non-responsive. Still on hold for an hour.
Chat support is slow. Probably 1 person chatting with more than 1 customer?
Can't take it anymore. Servers/system down for 30 minutes or more. Moving on after contract expires.

You did not send it the other party I requested it to be included. I am getting the feeling that the company can't not fix the issues. This has been an ongoing issue for over two months.
