I chose Vodien because they promise “Secure and Seamless Email Solutions” with “built-in migration tools to help you easily move existing email data to your Titan account,” plus 24/7 support if anything goes wrong. In practice, however, those migration tools simply don’t exist.
After signing up (and handing over my Google Workspace credentials via PrivateBin), I was pointed to generic YouTube tutorials—hardly the “seamless” experience advertised. None of Vodien’s support staff could walk me through an actual migration. After digging online, I discovered the real process involves manually exporting your Google Workspace mail, setting up Titan in a third-party client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.), then importing your messages by hand. That’s not automated, “built-in,” or even remotely user-friendly.
On the plus side, I did get in touch with real human support (not just AI chatbots), but they seemed just as baffled as I was. And with no free trial available, you must prepay before you know how—or if—the service works for you.
Would I recommend Vodien? Not for email migrations. Their marketing promises are misleading, and you’ll still end up doing most of the work yourself.
ps they do have a migration package: if you pay extra they help you, but no fee quote despite me asking.

VODIEN: INCOMPETENT AND SHAMEFUL
After years of loyalty, Vodien publicly humiliated me by suspending my fully paid website over a webmail payment that was only 3 days late on a separate account.
I immediately paid the overdue webmail bill, then made THREE desperate calls pleading for them to lift the suspension. Each time: “The accounts department is attending to it.” Hours later, my website remains suspended while they destroy my business reputation.
This isn’t poor service - it’s deliberate contempt. Even after payment, three staff members couldn’t be bothered to actually help, offering only empty promises while my clients see a suspension notice on my homepage.
VODIEN IS A DISGRACE. They will publicly embarrass loyal customers over 3 days, then leave you hanging with worthless excuses even after you’ve paid - while your business suffers.
AVOID VODIEN AT ALL COSTS. They are incompetent, unprofessional, and will destroy your reputation without hesitation.
This is how Vodien treats customers after years of loyalty. You’ve been warned.

Vodien's lousy products has their army of sales people giving all sorts of reasons why your plugins are causing the problems.
I went to another provider and found out that all the reasons were not valid. Just jump ship.

I wrote a review previously and it was taken down. As of now - 27 June 2025 - my website is DOWN again. The database lost its connectivity - no one at vodien can do anything except writing emails to their engineers to escalate on this issue.
All I can do is WAIT but there's no ending to this. This is very frustrating. We trusted Vodien, thinking its a SINGAPORE BASED company and that we have 24/7 support that's efficient and robust. But truth to be told, we have been disappointed TIME after TIME.
Their engineers are not on site - there's no way to reach them and they can only write emails to escalate the case. As a business, we need responsive support.
My last escalation lasted 4 days - because the engineers don't work on weekend. This is a joke right?
Abysmal Service and Broken Promises - Avoid at All Costs!
Our experience with Vodien since subscribing in September 2024 has been an absolute nightmare. We chose them for their promised 24/7 uptime and support, but have been met with nothing but constant issues, unacceptable delays, and frankly, appalling customer service.
From the very beginning, our site's go-live and migration were severely hampered by protracted database importing issues and persistent website performance and slowness problems. We were told we'd be migrated to a new server to address these, but the issues never truly ceased.
The latest critical blow is a "bad access error on cURL" affecting all our WordPress applications and plugins, completely halting our crucial website migration that was scheduled for three nights ago. This is causing direct, severe operational distress, jeopardizing our ongoing recruitment drive, and resulting in significant operation impact.
What's truly infuriating is Vodien's handling of these critical issues. We've received vague apologies, promises of escalation, and repeated delays (initially 48 hours, then "shortly"). Now, astonishingly, we've been told there's "no one to look into the port issue," that they need "another 24 hours," and that there's "nothing they can do." This level of incompetence and lack of immediate resolution for a fundamental hosting problem is utterly unacceptable for a service promising 24/7 support and uptime.
This continuous pattern of downtime and unaddressed critical issues has caused immense stress.
If you value your website's uptime, performance, and responsive support, look elsewhere. Our experience with Vodien has been a disastrous waste of time and resources.

I’ve had terrible experiences with Vodien.
They took over my existing hosting company (who had been great) and promptly oversold me a product which was way bigger than I needed. I had told them I was a one-person company and that all I needed was a simple website and a couple of email addresses.
But the Vodien rep I spoke to signed me up for a scaled-up business plan with 100 email addresses!
I was naive enough to not check the details and pricing until much later. I called Vodien and told them how they’d deceptively oversold me and that I wanted a refund.
Surprise surprise, I never received a refund. And they’ve been phoning and emailing me ever since, trying to sell me products!
My hosting plan yearly renewal was due last week so I turned off the automatic renewal option on their website the week before.
They’ve still been emailing me reminder notices about my plan expiring.
Today they called me again so I told the guy I didn’t need the website or email addresses anymore – and he still tried to sell me a plan! I was furious, and said I’d be leaving online reviews of their shockingly bad service.
My advice to anyone considering Vodien? Stay away!

This message from you is too little, too late, Sambrin. And it's not that the plan "offered" wasn't what I was expecting – it's that the plan I was sold was far too big for my needs as I communicated to your rep. The word you might use is "upsell". The word I experienced is "oversell".
And yet I received another automated email from Vodien today, urging me to renew my expired plan. So obviously, the latest of my many requests for you to stop communicating with me has again been ignored.
Unless you're going to offer me a refund for the money I spent on a plan too ridiculously big for my needs, I don't see how you can "make things right".

I have issue with my email lately. It all disappear from my mail box 1 day without any notice. I login and when to the live chat to look for solution. Believe it or not, it took me 4 days, 4 live chat person/session to finally get someone who understand my issue. Donnalou is the last live chat person I chat with and did not re-refer me to what Hostopia. I am very disappoint that the 1st and 3rd live chat person told me that it is because of Hostopia and told me that there is nothing they can do about it. Already very frustrated with missing emails, that is what they said to me. I actually did write feedback to the Hostopia but receive no respond from them till now. (as for the 2nd live chat person, he did not refer me to Hostopia is just that we got disconnected because of weak wifi at my end). Today, lucky that Donnalou listen and check on to the issue I addressed. Somehow, the other 2 livechat CS doesn't know what to do and just refer me to another company. How would I know when I only sign up with Vodien.
