I purchased all of my services from your company previously. Despite that, when I needed help, I was told I had to pay extra just to receive support.
This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Based on this experience alone, your service deserves 1 star. If my client had not already bought their domain and hosting through you, I would never choose your service again.
I work at an agency, and after this experience, I will actively advise my clients and professional network to never use your services. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.

Managed to resolve my issues with the support staff online and not the AI virtual assistant.
A lot of issues raised, especially technical ones, need a support staff and not a virtual assistant. Information provided by virtual assistant can be found on web itself, does not need AI to answer.

Security issue
We would like to report an issue regarding an unauthorized subscription on our account.
It appears that someone used our account to log in and subscribed using another person’s credit card. We have already explained the situation in detail; however, the issue has still not been resolved.
Your support team advised us to proceed with a chargeback, but we do not understand why we are being asked to pay for a subscription that we did not authorize.

Bad service, bad customer experience, low professionalism
Have been a customer with Vodien for many years with webhosting and email hosting. Service levels has significantly dropped as compared to the earlier days.
Received an email from them on 10th Dec that there will be a maintenance upgrade between 15th Dec and 30th Jan and they cannot specify the date of migration, although they did specify the migration will be done outside of office hours (2000 hrs to 0759 hrs local time) and will last for a brief 30 min. Well, the migration started on 7th Jan at 1439 hrs and lasted for 22 hours. I contacted them via Live Chat and all they could do was give standardized replies which could not address my concerns.
Monitored their maintenance updates and after it was completed, I still could not log in to my Webmail and cPanel accounts. After contacting their Live Chat, I was then informed that the URL has changed. Talk about good service - if I had not asked them, I would have continued to use my old URL and wonder why the maintenance has not been completed.
This experience is very upsetting and disappointing. Vodien - which was synonymous with fantastic uptime, great customer service and excellent professionalism - is no longer the same Vodien as yesteryears.
Hope Vodien can buck up and get their house in order. After all, reputation is extremely important in this field of business.
