The reviews listed here are lies…Vodien is a terrible choice.
The reviews listed here are lies because Vodien encourages customers to post positive reviews ONLY on positive customer support interactions. Vodien is NOT a good company to deal with, they do not get the basics of their DNS hosting correct and simple things like A records, MX records and TXT records do not work because behind the scenes their systems are all based on acquisitions, so they don't talk to each other. Updating a CheapDomains DNS record in the Vodien interface fails, EVERY TIME. Going through support leads to no progress quickly. It takes weeks to get anything done. If you're Australian - DO NOT USE VODIEN.

AVOID VODIEN AT ALL COSTS
I have been with Vodien for 6 years, and since that time i have experienced significant problems and issues with the normal functions of my website. The quality of service has been disgraceful undermining the my website in general.
I canceled my hosting yesterday February 12th and am owed 4 months. After communication with customer service i was told 3 months refund would be given but the person i was speaking too may not have the ability to read a calendar and was unable to give me a correct total of my refund but assured me in 24 hours i would receive the refund as it would be calculated by the dedicated team of muppets at Vodien.
After 48 hours an email arrives and No refund was offered and no further contact was returned, customer service is non existent, and customer relations are despicable.
Mysteriously your services at Vodien will make your site run slow, you can be guaranteed that your site will suddenly be infested with bots as the main game for Vodien is to get you to upgrade services in order to fix problems that only showed up when you switched to Vodien in the first place. A devious company that will screw you every chance they get.
BEWARE of fake positive reviews, this company should never have a rating over 1.0 the base line for the worst internet solutions there is online.
