Looking for IPTV provider and did the trial for Voco TV. I've had a different experience to the reviews here. Support isn't that responsive. It's 24hrs per reply. Nothing special.
The install and platform was decent. Worked ok but the content isn't there. I even confirmed if this was due to a trial or was this the whole platform and they replied this was it
Maybe 3000 movies and the live TV wasn't different to any other provider

Not going with them because there are better providers out there for the same price (basing that on trial).

I have used different IPTVs, and I recently decided to check out Voco TV. I must say I really like their platform—it's easy to use and easy to download. When it comes to customer service, I give them an A+++ or a 10+. Edison was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making everything easier for me. He spent a lot of time answering all my questions and walking me through different features on the platform. Because of this excellent customer service, I decided to explore more of their services. Without this great support, I probably would have skipped this platform. Thanks for all your help, Edison! I'm extremely happy with both the platform and the customer service.

First of all, I need to touch upon the Customer Service. Having had a head injury, I’m a little slower than I used to be. The chat support was so incredibly personal and thoughtful. They spent the time I needed to understand and get me up and running. I can’t speak highly enough about their support system.

The entertainment app itself definitely has a learning curve. Once you begin to understand how to search and find what you’re looking for, things get a lot easier. I almost immediately realized that searching and putting things in the favorites folder on your FireTV or AppleTV or whatever device you are using, is extremely helpful to go back to your most used entertainment channels, because the menus of entertainment can be quite overwhelming (which is definitely a good thing).
Bottom line, I’m very happy and hope others will be also.

Nothing but greatness when it comes to Vocotv and their service. They have a customer for life in me. Had to renew today and Edison helped me through the steps with ease on the live chat feature. These guys know what they are doing and the prompt customer service was a delight. Keep up the good work Vocotv! Thank you so much!

My subscription ran out, I let it expire, my bad, .... the IPTV actually ran for one day past contract. Team assisted me with easy repay and reactivation of my IPTV... Been using IPTV for years, never had a company as dedicated to support as this one.. Excellent team, Edison, my support guy was online till everything was sorted out, verified all accounts work. Best IPTV providers and Best support on the market.... Have nothing to say but positive about this service.... Thank You VOCOTV....

The customer service support Edison is an excellent problem solver. I joined Voco in February and experienced problems with some of my favorite live TV channels. The customer support by Edison was excellent. Their customer support team is excellent. But Edison is outstanding. He is the reason I will not leave IPTV provider VOCO TV, because I am secure in the knowledge that when a problem occurs, it will be resolved. I cannot say that about my previous IPTV Providers that will remain nameless. 5 Stars to VOCO TV especially Edison. I have experienced 2 months of great service and support.
