Horrible customer service
These people don't seem to check their email very often. I've told them 3 times that I will not be renewing, yet they keep sending an invoice, including one past-due invoice. They're quick to take your money and then put you on ignore.
I finally went to their site and cancelled the account there.

Any problem I had with vocotv, they help me fixed it within the hour. It's the best experience I've had. I've been with them for 2 years.

had to reset smarters on 1 tv. could not get it to work and askeed for help. all the help they gave me did not work. i ended up installing the voco app and have continuous buffering. customer service has really taken a dive. will probably finish with them - already looking for someone else.

I been with voccotv for a while and the customer service is great I sent a chat and it answered quickly and it was down and up for a day here a day there but they were gracious about it and extended subscription If there’s a problem they fix it quickly So I have never had a problem with them
Nothing but frustration
It seems once a week I have to uninstall and reinstall. Now it’s DC Tv and not VOCO tv. I wanted to get rid of cable tv but this is nothing but a huge headache. Buffers constantly and is nothing but frustration. Will definitely not renew when my 3 months is up

Do not, do not, do not, under any circumstance sign up with these guys. i have never in my life and i am 75 dealt with a company as bad as these characters. Their system is down +30% of the time and there is nothing you can do about it!!! As i am writing this their service is down and has been for 2+hours. This is not an uncommon amount of time!!! Do not sign up!

They have been down 4 times in the last 2 weeks. They keep saying it's scheduled maintenance. Yeah, right. I would definitely try some other service.

I had an awful experience with this company. They banned me for no reason and refused to communicate when I tried to reach out for clarification. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting a refund, but they’ve completely ignored me.
To make matters worse, the service itself is terrible – constant buffering and unreliable performance. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t respect its customers or provide the basic courtesy of responding to issues.
I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. They need to seriously improve their customer support and service quality.

If you want to spend your time attempting multiple resets and watching the buffering circle going round and round instead of watching tv this is the platform for you.
Service unreliable
Over last week service has been down 4 times. Last outage was several hours. Today on 12/3/24 supposedly they have fixed the issue. I would not sign up longer than one month until they become more reliable. They did comp everyone 1 week.

Run before thinking about using this service. I’ve been using iptv service over 10 years and this is the worse by far. In 3 weeks the service has been down more than 3 times and customer service agents are rude and condescending. They actually believe they are doing you a favor my even speaking to you. Bad service from Voco team
I'm 55 years old and want to buy a reselling plan from Voco iptv for a extra income. I send the money to them via Cryptomus whiched forward it to them. They look on the system but they said it they haven't received it. Cryptomus send me the UUID address to forward it to them but they said it is not reflecting. Cryptomus ask if Voco team can contact them, they said. NO. I tried to contact Voco team if there is no other way on there system to see where it is, but it was all in vain. Voco team send me a mail back and said I must not contact them any more. That's where I decided. To wrapped it up.

i have no idea why, i tried to get the free trial and i got cancelled three times, tried to cntact them and my ticket got deleted
