I signed up with vocotv. Made payment for first month through krooz pay/reliable web hosting. Never received service and didn't acknowledge my request to cancel after I found a better value. Date: October 2022, but no response to date. Buyer beware!

IPTV Service

These people suck they don't respond to anything not worth it for the headache.

I tried 3 other services before I found Voco. I am starting my 5th month and everything works just great! I have used the chat to fix to figure out a change from 1 month to 3 months, they made it super easy. I have no buffering at all. I recommend this to anyone looking for a service of this type. Keep up the great work people, I am 110% satisified with this.

The customer service is outstanding! I had an agent named Edison and was patient. Also the actual service is phenomenal. I highly advise everyone to use this service.

So far, it's everything I have expected. The app is great for what it is. But the best part has been customer service. Having someone available to help with any issues I'm having. The service may be nice, But the payment options have been Hacked. so do not use your back Acc. in Bitcoin or Crypto. They have no PayPal acc. which it the safest way to pay for anything around the world. I even told their help about their payment options have been hacked. I guess they do not care about their customers will-being or if you lose anything from your Bank Acc. Read about it in the new or online that bitcoin and Crypto being hacked.

By far the best IPTV in the game. I've tried plenty before and was disappointed. I've read the reviews from the past and believe me they must had read them too and made improvements because I've been totally satisfied for the past 4months. Try they trial and see for yourself!! I have been with these guy for about 5 months. I have constant problems with freezing and buffering. I have the fastest internet I can buy, system is 12ft from the router. Running a VPN with USA address still problems. Customer service always tries to help but it's always the same and it never fixes the problem.some days it works great others is just sucks

Voco, is by far the best IPTV Service out there! No need to search anymore. STOP!!! This is it! I promise, you'll love it. The picture is perfect, not much at all of the spinning circle of death. Besides the picture, if you ever have any issues at all, the customer service is right on top of it. They are awesome!! Believe me, I've had a lot of different IPTV services, but kept on looking around because it just wasn't perfect. I WILL NEVER LOOK AGAIN!!

Pros:
- The customer service team is very responsive.
- easy to use dashboard

Cons:
- support won’t fix any of the problems you’re facing.
- (old) slow servers, all channels freezing very very often.
--> got better it's not freezing as much. so I added another star :)

Overall, I recommend you find a better alternative than vocotv.

We have been with Voco almost a year now, their customer service and support are spot on. Occasionally we will have a buffering issue.. I report it and they get on and stay on it until it’s resolved.

There service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have been trying for two to three months now the stop the buffering it doesn't work no matter what they say their service sucks. My super box works but their voco service doesn't on the same box or any other box. They have too many subscribers and around 9:00 pm it starts to buffer until 12 am. all channels. Which tells me they have way too many subscribers and their servers can't handle it. The 5 star reviews are fake! Read the 1 star reviews which are the real ones. DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company appears to be let's take the money and run type. Signed up for 3 months, nothing but problems, with buffering and freezing. Asked for a refund and nothing but games since. Advice stay away from this company in my opinion. They appear not to be honest Now when you try to go to their website, there is a warning about virus threat warning. Be careful
